Job Description  Diploma in Mechanical Engineering  Minimum Exp: 10yrs  Gulf Exp is an advantage.  Hands on exposure in installation of Internal and External Plumbing works (water supply lines, drainage networks, storm water lines, man holes, hot water systems(Individual and central heating),irrigation networks, pump room works, WTP, STP etc.. Hands on exposure in installation of Internal and external Fire Fighting works (Fire Fighting Piping, sprinkler system, Hydrants, FHCs, water curtains, Extinguishers, Diluge valve system, Fire Pumps, Pump room works etc. Hands on exposure in Installations & Testing and Commissioning of water softener, filters and associated piping, Steam Boilers, calorifiers, Booster pumps, Submersible pumps, Reverse osmosis unit, ultra violet system, LPG pipe lines, Fuel oil systems, Diesel Lines, Compressed air system,and other related works Working knowledge of Threading Machines, Grooving machines, bending machines, welding machines and all types of Plumbing & Fire Fighting equipments Ability to take lead role to assign work to the Pipe Fitters / Welders & supervise them to obtain the optimum output. Prevent wastage of materials and misuses of Tool   Ability to optimize resources (Man power Equipment &materials) to ensure timely completion of the work. Able to demonstrate good organization skills, keep company policies &work procedure   Ability to read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures specification &drawings including other project related engineering documents Ability to Command and control his workforce and extract maximum output from them against the given target by abiding company norms Ability to Develop & maintain excellent work relationships with all other department personnel Must be a good communicator liaise with other discipline foremen to ensure the optimum utilization of available work with the overall objectives of successful completion of the project Ability to follow good work practice & ensure the plumbing & Fire Fighting installations are in accordance with specifications, drawings &local Plumbing & Fire Fighting codes   Ability to follow company quality & safety procedures, strictly enforce the same during work execution. Comply with all statutory requirements connected with the implementation of project. Perform additional assignments as directed by MEP Head / Mechanical (Plumbing & Fire Fighting) Manager/Project Engineer as required for successful project completion
