Job Description  This covers the profiles and qualifications of outsourced SAP Basis Consultant that is required to support the existing implementation of SAP ERP system and the ongoing implementation of SAP Customer Relationship Management System SAP CRM at a department of Government of Bahrain.  The resource should be available on duty during normal working hours from Sunday till Thursday from 07:30AM till 03:30PM with the exception of the local official holidays (except if there are official changes to the working hours at Client location, where in this case the resource will have to accommodate the new official timing). He/she must be available and willing to work extra hours whenever required (up to an average of 42 hours per week).  He/she should work onsite where an office space and all related equipments shall be provided by the Client. The Consultant and his/her company should sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement prepared by the Clients legal adviser prior to starting their activities.  1.1. SAP Basis Consultant Scope  1.1.1. Tasks and Duties  The candidate should be able to work on the following activities: 1. Gathering requirements a. Meeting with SAP core team b. Meeting with SAP coordinators 2. Carrying on Basis work a. Maintain existing SAP environment b. Configure new tools/functionalities related to the SAP BASIS module on the existing SAP environment 3. SAP Security a. Create, maintain authorization profiles and roles for IS-U and CRM modules b. Implementation of CRM Business Partners Roles and CRM Access Control Engine (ACE) 4. Testing a. Design testing plans for the authorization profiles for IS-U and CRM modules. b. Conduct system performance tests 5. Sybase Database Administration a. Installation, maintenance, monitoring b. Sybase replication Services (SRS) monitoring c. Backup and Restoration procedures 6. SAP HANA a. Installation, configuration, maintenance b. Operations, monitoring, troubleshooting c. Update SAP HANA systems d. Performance analysis e. Backup and Recovery f. High Availability & Disaster Tolerance g. Security h. User Maintenance and Authorization i. Multitenant Database Containers 7. Monitoring a. SAP landscape through SAP Solution Manager b. Sybase Database using DBA Cockpit c. Performing any related jobs as directed by the supervisor.  In addition to the above activities the candidate should be able to work on the following:  1. Responsible for all Basis responsibilities, both from a support perspective as well as in ongoing Projects 2. Should be familiar with Transport Management System (TMS), client strategy and maintenance, system performance tuning and monitoring. 3. Implementation of Enhancement Packages, Support Package Stacks, Note corrections, kernel updates in coordination with Functional Consultants requirements. 4. Implementation and maintenance of Process Integration (PI) to integrate SAP and non- SAP applications in IS-U / CRM projects. 5. Implementation of the SAP Test Data Migration Server (SAP TDMS) for the creation of development, test, quality assurance, or training systems. 6. Implementation of the SAP NetWeaver Landscape Virtualization Management to Simplify management of SAP systems and landscape 7. Implementation of the SAP NetWeaver Single Sign On a. SSO from user desktop to SAP application b. SSO from SAP application to another SAP application 8. Liaison between end-users, Infrastructure Team, SAP Functional Consultants and SAP Developers to provide an optimal support. 9. Proactively advise on and implement SAP Security and Authorizations concept for IS-U and CRM modules 10. Identifies opportunities for improving the existing SAP System Landscape. 11. Provides technical assistance in training, monitoring, and coaching professional and technical staff on matters related to assigned area.  1.1.2. Candidate Profile  The candidate should have the following credentials:  Bachelor's Degree. SAP Certified BASIS Consultant SAP Certified HANA Consultant At least 5 years experience in SAP BASIS Module implementation and management, with 4-5 on IS-U and CRM implementations. Hands-on experience with SAP BASIS Module : Installation, configuration, maintenance and support of the SAP Landscape; Sybase Database installation, configuration, monitoring ; SAP Security aspects such as : Authorization Profile implementation and maintenance for IS-U and CRM modules ; Monitoring of SAP Landscape through the SAP Solution Manager; Implementation of the SAP Test Data Migration Server (SAP TDMS); Implementation of SAP NetWeaver Landscape Virtualization Management; Implementation of Process Integration and SAP Netweaver Single Sign On (SSO) Experience on SAP HANA systems: Installation, updates, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting Experience on BW on SAP HANA environments is a plus Experience with SAP Solution Manager for Technical Administration and Monitoring At least 5 years Experience in IS-U and CRM Projects Experience with Utility organizations.  1.1.3. Onboarding and Transitions Consultant

The Role 
Responsible for developing a consistent onboarding strategy for the region in line with global talent guidelines. Responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the onboarding strategy, transitions and exits across the region and guide inclusion of any country / business specific requirements. Engage with the business leadership to obtain buy-in for the onboarding strategy and plan, with the aim of improving engagement and retention of new joiners. Responsible for consistent implementation of the onboarding strategy across the region. Works closely with business, recruiting, Talent Consultants/ HR enablement and shared services in ensuring consistent deployment of the onboarding strategy. Conducts stakeholder management, builds and maintains relationships with region and / or country leadership, talent teams and other EY networks.  Key Responsibilities  Onboarding  • Develop the onboarding strategy and plan for the region including welcome, induction and management of new hires in line with global talent guidelines • Liaise with regional leadership to obtain buy-in and support for the deployment of the on-boarding strategy across the region • Design the first 90 days experience for new hires in to the organization at all levels from staff/assistant up to and including Partners • Conduct a full review of all on-boarding programs such as WTEY and local office induction to ensure it is fit for purpose and meeting best practice standards • Working with Strategic Talent Consultants as appropriate, ensure business involvement and participation in induction and onboarding activities • Design and implement a 90 day transition plan for all milestone promotions (eg; New Senior, Manager and Senior Manager ranks) • Monitor consistency in communication and onboarding materials across the region • Track effectiveness of the induction and onboarding program; obtain business feedback and coordinate with HR Enablement for process improvements at the region level • Review of the Nav 90 program for internal admit and direct admit Partners to ensure they are on-boarded in line with best practice and have access to a transitional coach and mentor  Transitions / Exits • Develop strategy for off-boarding and exit management to provide a consistent, positive experience for people who leave the firm • Engage with business leadership to ensure effective offboarding • Monitor exit communication and ensure regional consistency in materials and assessment tools as per global process (where applicable) • Work with the business and other talent functions to enable a positive employee experience when leaving EY, with all leavers being treated with respect • Review insights from exit programs and provide inputs to HR Enablement team towards continuous improvement projects at the region level  Ad hoc projects • In addition to the core Onboarding and Transitions role, there is an expectation that this person will support on a number of ad hoc projects for the Talent Leadership Team if capacity permits.
