Our Client is a world class Engineering,
Procurement and Construction Company that provides EPC solutions to Oil &
Gas sector. They are currently looking for hire a Manpower Planning
Superintendent for their office in Abu Dhabi
Duties & Responsibilities;
• Manpower Planning Superintendent will be responsible to formulate manpower plans for effective utilization of existing manpower resources and develop and implement strategies that will ensure that the organisation has the required skills to meet the current and future manpower resource needs.
• Formulate plans for meeting the company's manpower requirement and ensuring proper utilization of existing human resources to meet organisational objectives.
• Establishing and developing manpower planning policies & procedures.
• Managing manpower planning process and implementation of the manpower plans.
• Carry out organisation studies and reviews and work measurements to determining workloads, projects based requirement and advise on optimum staffing level requirements.
• Preparing projections of manpower requirements for direct and contract hire manpower.
• Managing the review of the Company's Organisation structures and updating approved changes in the structure/layout.
• Ensures that manpower requisitions and staff movements are in accordance with the approved organization chart and projects projection.
Duties & Responsibilities;

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
• Minimum 8-10 years in HR with 4 years’ experience in manpower planning functions and 2 years at supervisory level.
• The incumbent must have good analytical skills, have the ability to multitask and complete numerous tasks within deadlines.
• Excellent communication - both written and spoken English and presentation skills are key qualities for this role.
• GCC experience desirable. Preferance will be given to candidates with UAE market experience
• Ability to work well with a multicultural and diverse workforce.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Design of innovative tooling, jigs and fixtures to support new transducer prototypes and audio system HW technologies
• Drive failure analyses and design of experiments (DOEs) for advanced prototype investigation, design optimization and tight control of new manufacturing processes
• Tolerance analysis of high complexity and precision mechanical designs.
• Detailed CAD drafting and design of fixtures and equipment to minimize tolerance stack ups
• Participate in the development of new manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building assembling and testing module- and system-level audio HW.
• Work collaboratively with contract manufacturers and cross-functional teams within Apple to develop new materials, processes and design approaches.
• Conduct cross-functional design reviews and drive DFM/DFA processes for advanced transducer module and audio system integration concept technologies.
• Research and recommend suitable manufacturing techniques and materials for tooling, jigs and fixtures
