• On-site: Verifying the measurement at customer site if required before the production.
• On-site: Discussion with civil In-charge regarding electrical points and water drainage out lets with respect to furniture safety.
• On-site: Discussion with civil In-charge regarding window, floor, ceiling & paint work prior to confirmation of invoice.
• During Installation: To ensure that the carpenter assembles the product as per the standard operating procedure.
• During Installation: Any query by customer other than the scope of work to be taken care of.
• During Installation: Any unforeseen problem at site to be dealt tactfully and professional in coordination with sales department / production department.
• During Installation: To ensure that the materials upon delivery in the site are complete.
• During Installation: To ensure that the workers are present in the site with complete uniform and on time and to monitor the overtime of the staff on the site.
