A senior and crucial function within the business, this role manages the overall provision of HR services, policies and programs for the organisation. Duties will involve planning and overseeing the budget within the HR Department as well as performance management, HR strategy and employee relations. You will also manage compensation and benefits and oversee hiring, recruitment and manpower planning together with training and development within the business.
The successful candidate should have a senior background within HR and at least 10 years experience, ideally some of which should have been within the Retail Sector, however this is not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as is integrity and approachability. Excellent leadership and Management skills are crucial as you will act as a direct report within the HR Division.

Reward & Performance Management Generalist

Charterhouse is working with a large manufacturing company who is looking to hire a Reward and Performance Management Generalist in their Human Resources Department. 

This role will solely be in charge of reviewing / maintaining the company compensation and benefits policies to also include job analysis and descriptions, salary and grading structures and administration of all given benefits. You will also oversee insurance and annual leave bonuses etc in line with market requirements and company specifications. In addition, you will cover the performance management for up to 200 staff and managers, monitoring annual appraisals and objectives whilst taking action where necessary.
The successful candidate should be Degree educated with at least 5 years experience. You should have up-to-date knowledge of C&B in the UAE and be fully conversant with local labour laws. Applicants with a HR generalist background, with a focus on reward and performance management will also be considered.

Our client is looking to hire a Project Manager (Arabic speaking) to ensure all projects are delivered on time and in budget. This role is office based, however travel to remote sites will be required 

Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide leadership and technical advice to the engineering team. You will set up, monitor and execute projects to plan - complying with all quality, HSE and company policies. You will also build relationships with clients and sub-contractors.
The successful candidate should be Degree educated in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum of 7 years working in the natural gas and compression packaging industry. You should also have proven project management skills alongside excellent problem solving and leadership skills.

They are looking to hire (as per the clients request) a Arabic speaking candidate that has worked as a Property Manager on large scale facilities in either Europe, the Americas of the Far East. 

Reporting to the Property Director, you will be involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the property including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security and janitorial services. You will also be responsible for tenant complaints and service requests and must be familiar with the terms of tenant leases.
