Client is a leading
contractor with an excellent track record and reputation in the market place.
They are currently working on a large infrastructure project and they are looking to recruit an experienced contract administrator/manager. Main tasks are developing, implementing, monitoring cost control mechanism for the contracts including claims preparation, financial statements, document control procedures, reviewing and verifying all contract documentation, preparing responses to contractual correspondences received from client and third parties.
They are currently working on a large infrastructure project and they are looking to recruit an experienced contract administrator/manager. Main tasks are developing, implementing, monitoring cost control mechanism for the contracts including claims preparation, financial statements, document control procedures, reviewing and verifying all contract documentation, preparing responses to contractual correspondences received from client and third parties.
Candidates should have a degree and must have a
proven background in contracts management and administration and must have
worked for contracting organisations. Candidates must have middle east experience
and should have worked on mega projects. Experience of Claims, Disputes
resolution and leading a team is essential.

development in Bahrain.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the design on behalf of the client ensuring that the project is built and finished to the correct specification.
This will include:

• Constructability / build ability reviews
• Ensuring relevant codes of practice are complied to
• Performance management of other consultants and any other element involved in design review
• Manage the submission of designs
