Greetings from Nasser Overseas Consultants!!! We are recruiting for our prestigious client Sterling and Wilson, Saudi Arabia. Position: Project Manager Job Description: 1. To ensure efficient, timely and profitable performance of contract agreement. 2. To represent Sterling & Wilson in all dealings with the Employer / the Senior Project Managers/ the Consultants and the Sub Contractors, related to the administration/ implementation of the awarded scope of works including all related contractual and techno-commercial correspondences. 3. Overall administration and management of all the project staff, 4. To establish/ implement project safety plan and ensure safe execution of project, complying with project safety plan of Main Contractor - Health, Safety & Environmental Plan. 5. To establish / implement project quality plan and procedures and ensure its full compliance. 6. To ensure preparation and timely updating of project schedule/ programme, coordinating with the Master Programme/ Contractor's programme and in conjunction with all associated parties. 7. To ensure deployment of qualified/ trained manpower on timely manner. 8. To review every aspect of project progress including materials and drawings submittals / approvals, procurement of project materials / equipment / actual site construction etc. with senior members of project team, on regular basis and take necessary corrective actions required to adhere with project programme. 9. Appointment of sub-contractors / award of subcontract work in conjunction with respective engineers / procurement manager. 10. To review with construction manager / Engineers and Quantity Surveyor regarding contract changes and variations and ensure timely resolutions. 11. To ensure timely submission of progress payment application and follow up for payment, project status reports, cost and profitability statement etc and also the reports as required by the contractor. 12. To attend meetings and coordinate with the project director / the consultant the Engineers on all technical, commercial and contractual issues. 13. To ensure positive cash flow for the project. 14. To be responsible of project P&L. Shortlisted candidates would be called for interview.
