Data Warehousing / Business Intelligence Specialist

The Role 
- Assist system and data analysis team in all Data Quality Management activities. - Provide training to all advance users and peers on all Enterprise Data Warehouse working. - Design data quality processes and resolve all resource efficiency issues. Prepare all technical specification documents for developers. - Prepare designs and manage customer data load. - Coordinate with cross functional team and execute all project deployments. - Work with DBAs and prepare improvement plans for various database performances. - Provide assistance to end users and resolve all queries for data extraction and generate appropriate reports. - Participate in all customer and team building activities. - Plan and design technical architecture to integrate various data warehouse plans. - Maintain knowledge on all data warehouse technologies and assist to make various decisions - Collaborate with project managers and prepare designs for project scope and perform risk analysis on same. - Provide support to all implementation and roll out activities for processes. Assist subordinates in evaluating data. - Supervise team working in various large scale and complex projects - Should be Expertise in Configuring Repository using OBIEE Administration Tool. - Should have experience in OBIEE Presentation Services including Answers, Interactive Dashboards, Delivers/IBOTS, Cache Management, Scheduler Configuration, BI Publisher. - Experience in Creating Dimensional Hierarchies, Level Based Measures. Time series Functions, Initialization Blocks and Variables depending upon the need for Business Reports using the OBIEE Admin tool. - Should have knowledge on OBIEE Security Model. Should have knowledge on OBIEE Architecture. - Creating Users, Groups and giving the permissions in Administration Tool. - Experience in Scheduler setup of iBot or Agent Configurations for delivering reports using Oracle BI Delivers component. - Should have Knowledge on Actionable Intelligence. Knowledge on MOBILE Analytics will be an added Advantage. - Ability to rapidly learn new concepts together with excellent interpersonal skills. - Excellent problem solving skills with a strong technical background and result oriented team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
Requirements 
- Bachelor degree in Engineering / Science / Commerce / others, - This person should be having a working experience in MAINFRAME, ORACLE, SQL SERVER, DB2, ETL and BI technologies / ODI - A minimum of 4 years of experience in DW/BI/ETL domain. Strong SQL experience - Strong communication skills. Documentation experience is mandatory Strong Written Communication skills

Senior Interest Rate Trader

The Role 
The incumbent is responsible for implementing the Bank’s interest rate trading &/or Interest rate hedging strategy for the Banking Book by utilizing all related I.R. products, with a view towards maximizing profitability and in compliance with internal and external Treasury guidelines.  Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - To function in a motivated and pro-active manner in order to achieve the set Budgetary objectives. By building a capability across the Group, this contribution could be very material. - Maintain and increase business flows, provide accurate and cost effective pricing to the Treasury Sales desk and to explore profit making opportunities in all markets. - To take on additional assignments / responsibilities that may arise from time to time as required by the department / Bank - Leadership/guidance within the Trading team to take them to a higher level of performance. Management of key internal and external Banking relationships. - The Bank is expanding the interest rate management and trading capability and hence the incumbent will need to work with FX, treasury sales as well as risk and finance. - Review how interest rate risk arises within the Bank and how that should be managed and positioned going forward, and coming up with a plan to generate revenue. 
Requirements 
- Bachelor’s Degree or CFA - Degree CBB Regulated - Minimum of 10 years of International or Regional experience within Treasury or other Financial Institutions - Quantitative analyst background, trading experience, strong technical understanding of interest rate markets and the infrastructure (clearing, pricing, etc) - Product experience – all rate products (IRS, Exchange Traded, Repo, Options, Govvies)

The Role 
Client is a Tier Management Consulting Strategy Firm is seeking to recruit Strategy Consultant for its Public Sector Practice.  They are seeking candidates who use their strategic business consulting skills to work with clients through all stages of strategy-based transformation projects. Provide support on client assignments that help to develop a strategy and then refocus an organization on making that strategy a reality. Consult with clients to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to clients\' strategic and operating success by developing insight, conducting independent analysis, and meeting with clients to assure assignment progress. Develop conclusions and recommendations, write reports, assist in client presentations and provide implementation assistance as required. Construct the analytical framework and work steps for each assignment. 
Requirements
