Department Manager Ready to Wear & Accessories

We are currently recruiting for 2 Department Managers for our flagship FENDI store in Dubai Mall. 1position will be covering ladies ready to wear and the other role will be overseeing accessories. Each position will manage a team of around 7 staff.

We are looking for strong down to earth managers with flexible personality and ability in driving clienteling as this is a big focus for the store this year. 

Main Responsibilities:
• Category Sales Management and Business Development
• Contribute to the store’s target
• Monitor and achieve category department performance with relevant KPIs
• Take Ownership on the category department and demonstrate sales leadership of staff
• Initiate action plans and incentive activities in order to increase sales
• Act as a point of reference of the Merchandising Team
• Client Management
• Manage quality of Customer service to meet their expectations
• Develop new loyal customers
• Implement appropriate CRM Tools
• Staff Management by Category Department

Commercial Executive

We are currently recruiting for an exciting new role within our EAME business. The company represents Elizabeth Arden brand and other perfume brands such as Juicy Couture and Britney spears.

The role will be working closely with the GM and developing relationships and driving business in the regions. The role will be focused on visiting distributors, providing support and ensuring products launches. We are looking for someone who is strong commercially and that can travel freely across the GCC.

We are looking for someone to join as of April 2017.

Main Responsibilities:

Commercial
• Conduct market visits in the region in order to keep all parties informed of key trade and competitor developments
• Prepare the yearly budget (internal) and by season according to the previous season sell out
• Enter all the related orders in the system
• Develop country specific strategies and plans dependent on local market place and the competitive environment
• Liaise with the supplier / client / 3d for any boutique / shop ‘n’ shop or identified corner opening
• Assess monthly the P&L per brand/country insuring profitability
• Ensure that all agents achieve their monthly and annual budgets
• Follow up closely all clients’ accounts in terms of ordering, budgets, stock and retail pricing
• Solve all problems related to the commercial, logistic and marketing side of the assigned brands (goods to be returned, quality problems, payments…)
• Follow up the sales versus targets, versus budget
• Follow up with the account all the outstanding commissions
• Follow up on consultants’ performance, incentives, and bonuses in every country
• Follow up of credit collection and overdue invoices settlement
• Approach new clients, seeks new accounts and quotes special enquiries to ensure dynamic growth of the brands
• Check and maintains high quality merchandising of all outlets and study the market condition, competition and opportunities
• Negotiate current and new proposed point of sales in terms of location, profitability, exposure and market share
• Present the new products and collections to customers
• Co-operate with the Marketing team.

Reporting
• Define a tracking sheet ‘’check-list’’ to be fulfilled and followed up at each visit with the shop manager
• Issue a consolidation report of qualitative info per brand /per supplier /per country
• Issue a monthly sales report per country/agent and commercial line, in order to evaluate and analyze strategies and position of the brand
• Create and updates a ‘’Products Catalogue’’ for the best seller
• Issue an ‘’Activity report ‘’ for the supplier
• Issue a seasonal detailed report summarizing the positive and negative points, achievement vs. Budget, ect. including feedback from clients.

Shop Supervisor - Tumi - Mall Of Emirates

We are currently recruiting for a Shop Supervisor who has a passion for luxury fashion and around 2 years’ minimum supervisory experience for one of our brands in Dubai Mall. This position will be reporting to the Area Supervsior and overseeing a team of 4 sales staff. We are looking for an Arabic speaker for this rle 

Please note: Internal candidates- Must have been in role for at least 2 years and have a rating of A/B to apply. 

Must have completed CAP 1 program and already be working as a Shop Supervisor. 

Main responsibilities:
The Shop Supervisor is responsible to assist the Shop /Store Manager in managing the team, ensuring the attainment of sales target, delivering an outstanding customer service, maintaining the shop and brands merchandizing and managing the stock, in alignment with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Sales Achievement
• Achieve the sales target allocated to the store
• Participate with the sales executive team in generating sales through high selling techniques.

Customer Service
• Build and maintain customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty
• Ensure consistency in customer service delivered and handle all complaints.

Stock Management
• Enter all received goods in Baan inventory and ensure proper record of all stock movements
• Order and replenish all goods to avoid any out of stock situation
• Assist the Shop Manager in preparing for the inventory.

Merchandising
• Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display, lighting and stock rotation
• Implement all merchandising as per the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to check presentation standards.

Man Management
• Prepare schedule to ensure full coverage of the shop floor and maintain grooming standards of the staff
• Second the Shop Manager in defining areas of responsibility for each sales team member
• Manage, engage and guide the team reporting to him/her.
