We are looking for a Training and Crewing Specialist for Borr Drilling Ltd.

Role Summary:
The Training and Crewing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the company's crew and manage the learning and competency development of the organisation. This position will be based in Dubai, reporting to our Vice President HR.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the company's competency program
Ensure training certification is issued and processed as required
Drive the formulation of training policies, programs and schedules based on knowledge of identified training needs
Liaise with key offshore personnel to manage and maintain compliance targets in relation to training and competence
Liaise with training providers to ensure quality of services delivered
Support HR Management in the administrative handling of employees
Qualifications:
College degree and/or Competency-based qualification
Proven operational experience in training and competency
Knowledge of the drilling industry highly desired
Background in Training, HSE or Human Resource fields
Fluent in English (verbal and written) with the ability to work with internal onshore teams and offshore personnel

Role Summary:

Contract Engineer

We are looking for a Contract Engineer for Borr Drilling Ltd.

Role Summary:
The Contract Engineer will assist in the company's tenders and contract projects. This position will be based in Dubai, reporting to our Contract Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Support the contract projects; including tender management, post-tender negotiations, contract award and standard processes post-award
• Assist in the drafting and negotiation of third party supplier contracts
• Draft appropriate contractual and commercial terms & conditions to best serve and protect the company's interests
• Review bids, participate in the clarifications and conduct the negotiations
• Review existing contracts to ensure integrity and validity as well as proposing updates to company terms & conditions
• Propose, pre-qualify and recommend suitable contractors/suppliers for bid lists to maximise tendering efficiency
• Review and compile the technical part of the ITT package based on input received from technicians
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Commercial or Engineering
• Proven experience within a contracts role with a drilling contractor, oilfield operator or service company
• Knowledge of the drilling industry is highly desired
• Contract management and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) and highly proficient communication abilities, both verbal and written

Role Summary
The Purchaser will be assisting in the buying of equipment and materials for the production and maintenance operations of our assets. This position will be based in Dubai, reporting to Procurement Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Proposing, pre-qualifying and recommending suitable suppliers for bid lists
• Determine sources of supply, issue requests for quotations, evaluation of quotations and ensure data is correct prior to deciding on the most suitable offer, whilst prioritising critical items
• Negotiating improved prices, discounts and terms and conditions to achieve the best commercial and contractual terms
• Preparation and placing of good quality Purchase Orders and expedite delivery

Maintenance Planner

We are looking for a Maintenance Planner for Borr Drilling Ltd.

Role Summary:
The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for ensuring the asset is maintained in line with Borr Drilling's standards. They will provide support to the Rig Manager(s) and maintenance personnel to ensure all routines and inspections are completed. This position will be based in Dubai, reporting to our Vice President Asset Integrity.

Responsibilities:
Maintain a preventative maintenance programme in accordance with company policy.
Ensure that modifications and/or changes to the unit are recorded in line with company standards
Ensuring that maintenance routines are requested to be updated and modified where necessary
To ensure all maintenance activities are planned and scheduled with the operations management to ensure timely completion
To ensure all maintenance related failures are investigated in line with company standards
To develop the yearly rig budgets and 5-year asset plans
Qualifications:
Marine related degree with extensive experience as Chief Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, Technical Supervisor or Superintendent.
High School diploma with experience in rig based drilling operations, having served a number of years in a Maintenance supervisory role within the offshore Drilling sector.
Fluent in English (verbal and written) with the ability to work with internal onshore teams and offshore personnel
Willingness to travel
