Job Description
1. Expand Service Network in Sync with business growth plans.
2. Satisfactorily attend to dealer customer care assistance requirement and organize satisfactory resolution.
3. Monitor & control the health status of service calls.
4. Plan & organize project services.
5. Plan & organize service camps.
6. Be part of business development team for new distributor appointment or high value project pitching.
7. Plan and Organize/do Open Market Plumber Training.
8. Organize Open Market Plumber Site Plumber Training / Assistance (On Job Training (OJT))
9. Personal knowledge enhancement.
10. Monitor & ensure customer delight.
11. Plan and organize spares inventory and keep track of it.
12. Attend to escalation and ensure immediate redressal.
13. Attend, authenticate & process material claim / commercial pertaining to Customer Care.
14. Visit dealer at regular basis.
15. Attend dealer, builder, architect etc. meet/representing Customer Care.
16. Provide to HO details and product feedback.
17. Organize for providing warranty certificate to dealer & project and capture details in system.

Understands the current used car market and the tools that drive the business.
Navigate effectively in all aspects of the used car management environment.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
Managing, motivating and developing the sales team to ensure that targets are exceeded.
Maintaining the company’s image to the highest standards, ensuring that the pre-owned showroom and all displays are neat and tidy at all times.
Responsible for stock management.
Ensure that the customers are extended the highest levels of customer service at all times, deal promptly with customer complaints and provide accurate advice on based on customer’s preference.
Understands the terminology of the automobile business and keeps abreast of changes in product technology, inventory, features, accessories, advertising, etc. and able to provide thorough product information and demonstration to all prospects.
Exceed showroom sales targets and maximize sales opportunities.
Develop and extend the customer account base through initiatives.
Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports covering the objectives set, results achieved, and the sales forecasts.
Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, newspaper, referrals, etc.)
Develop and maintain a strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models.
Works with GM/ MD to ensure individual and department sales goals are met.
Demonstrating vehicles, including going on test drives.
Using a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the customer needs.
Prospecting through referrals and other creative approaches.
Keeps abreast of current market and valuation of used vehicles.

Job Description:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• To manage the financial accounting function of the Company as per Group policies.
• To supervise the work of the accounts department and to submit management reports on a timely basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversees all petty cash transactions; oversees petty cash purchase analysis with necessary approval.
• Oversees reconciliation of all monies collected on daily basis; supervises all day to day banking and posting of entries on computer.
• Checks costing details on purchase requisitions and local purchase orders prepared by Procurement Coordinator.
• Determines method of shipping of goods.
• Arranges clearing and forwarding of imports and exports.
• On arrival of goods, liaises with suppliers on damaged goods/discrepancies in orders; generates GRV\'s.
• Supervises all debt collection and ensures Group credit control procedures are followed.
• Oversees preparation of all documents relating to Letters of Credit, liaises with bank as necessary and monitors progress.
