Job Description 
Abzooba, Inc. seeks a Sr. Vice President, Analytics Services based out of its U.S. headquarters in Milpitas, CA to drive client relationships, analytics solutions development, and communication. The employee may work at various unanticipated locations and may work from home a majority or all of the time. This is a roving position whereby the employee's worksite and place of residence may periodically change based upon business demands. S/he develops and applies mathematical and statistical theory and methods to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize data to provide usable information, identifying relationships and trends in data. S/he manages budgets, timelines, resources, scope, change requests, status reports, and sales interface. S/he drives solutions for clients including spearheading team efforts in process flow analysis, process redesign, project planning, requirement definition, and testing. S/he directs the design of statistical research/analysis and reports results, including information in the form of graphs, analytical reports, charts, and tables. S/he spurs business growth initiatives; participates in training design, documentation, and delivery efforts in concert with the Solutions Architect and other project team members; plays an integral role in the companys push to expand its range of US clients; manages existing relationships by working closely with client executives; and liaises between business and technical aspects of projects. S/he directs the analysis and interpretation of statistical data to identify significant differences in relationships among sources of information, analyzing factors that could impact results, and directs the development of software applications/programming to use for statistical modeling and graphic analysis. S/he manages client engagements and sales in Analytics/Big Data areas and related IT/Knowledge Process Service areas in multiple industry vertical sectors. S/he determines appropriate methods for data analysis, evaluates project designs to determine adequacy or feasibility, presents research results to others, and continually updates knowledge about emerging industry and technology trends. Using Predictive Modeling Analytics Software, such as SPSS and SAS, s/he conducts business development, implements and directs Big Data/Analytics projects. These Big Data/Analytics projects involve the application of concepts and frameworks in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, including Convolutional Neural Network and Recurrent Neural Network. S/he leads the analysis of data and information, identifying the underlying principles, reasons, and facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts and directs colleagues regarding the compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, and verifying of information and data, thereby translating and explaining what information and data means and how it can be used. S/he leads projects involving Natural Language Processing and Natural Language Understanding Algorithms, including Jaro Winkler methodology, N-Gram Tokenization, Levenshtein edit distance, Non-greedy Regex, and Word Vector; directs Big Data/Analytics projects involving Predictive Modeling Algorithms such as Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, and clustering algorithms, thereby adapting statistical methods to solve specific problems in many industry vertical sectors; plans project stages and assesses business implications for each stage including managing proposal preparation, RFP responses to customers, and subsequent project implementations; oversees the analysis and interpretation of statistical data to identify significant differences in relationships among sources of information; and monitors progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. This position entails travel for up to 25% of the time.

The position of Sr. Vice President, Analytics Services requires a Bachelors degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Management, Engineering (any), IT, CIS, MIS, or in a statistics/business/technology analytical field that is closely related to the specialty plus at least 15 years of progressively-responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related analytics, sales, or technology position.   Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with: 1. Managing client relationships, promoting business growth, and directing the implementation and completion of technical client solutions in the Business Consulting, Big Data/Analytics, IT Services, or Knowledge Process Services sphere, including leading team efforts across geographic locations in process flow analysis, process redesign, project planning, requirement definition, and testing; 4. Conducting business development, managing client engagements, and implementing/directing Big Data/Analytics projects involving application of concepts and frameworks in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), including Convolutional Neural Network (for visual pattern and image recognition) and Recurrent Neural Network (for recognizing sequences and textual patterns); 5. Conducting business development, managing client engagements, and implementing/directing Big Data/Analytics projects involving Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) Algorithms, including Jaro Winkler methodology, N-Gram Tokenization, Levenshtein edit distance, Non-greedy Regex, and Word Vector;  6. Conducting business development, managing client engagements, and implementing/directing Big Data/Analytics projects involving Predictive Modeling Algorithms, including Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, and clustering algorithms (K-means, k-nearest neighbors, decision tree, and random forest); and, 7. Conducting business development, managing client engagements, and implementing/directing Big Data/Analytics projects using Predictive Modeling Analytics Software, including SPSS and SAS.
