As a Buying & Merchandising Manager, your responsibilities include:
• Analyses latest trends and competitor activities to facilitate future strategic planning;
• Work with the Head Office; Buyers, Merchandisers & VM teams in sharing successes and identifying missed opportunities and agreeing a plan of action around product, availability and placement;
• Have an even weighting of experience between product and merchandise planning;
• Have commercial acumen to make the right business decisions based on trends and sales figures;
• Responsible for ensuring the team delivers the required standards;
• Educate and Motivate your team;
• Identify and meet customers’ and clients’ needs;
• Build excellent relationships with your brand
