looking to hire an experienced Head of Department. Based in Dubai, UAE. Report
through to C-level.
Your responsibilities include:
• Be a motivation to the team to achieve the best results possible;
• Identify, develop, and apply strategies for improvement in the sales process;
• Deliver market share, revenue and profitability targets for UAE;
• Conduct market trend analysis and work closely with the distributor team to develop plans to overcome potential issues;
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance as required by the management team;
• Continual training and development of all members of the sales department;
Your responsibilities include:

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage live systems working alongside management, developers and QA.
- Jointly lead development activities including release management and configuration management
- Server and hosting planning and configuration
- Counsel teams as to what technology stack might be appropriate for an application
- Prototype and deploy proof-of-concept software
- Refine and tune existing web applications
