The Head of Governance - Arabic Speaker will be responsible for overseeing the Bank's Compliance advisory services and will lead and manage implementation projects.

The Head of Governance - Arabic Speaker will have the following responsibilities:
* In charge of the Corporate Governance implementation, monitoring and review.
* Responsible for adequate compliance advisory provided to business.
* Responsible for tax compliance programs.
* Ensure delivery of the coverage of the Bank's operations / activities in the annual compliance plan to provide assurance to the Audit & Compliance Committee, BOD's and Executive Management.
* Oversee the maintaining and updating of the governance framework, monitoring compliance with requirements in framework, coordinating governance committee and board member meetings, establishing and maintaining a record of operational procedures and manuals, and analysing monthly reports.

Daily HR administrative duties related to:

- Assisting in the recruitment process: Coordinate interviews, resume screening, phone interviews, reference checks.

- Employee letter requests and certifications: Salary transfers and certificates, visa related employment letters.

- Employee records for all kinds of leaves: Annual and sick leaves.

- Orientation and Induction of all newcomers including relocation requirements.

- Maintain all documentation and ensure that all records are updated and in line with firm-wide standards.
- Either based in Bahrain or is willing to relocate to Bahrain from United Arab Emirates, Qatar or Kuwait.
- Bilingual is a must (Fluency in Arabic and English)

Procurement/Logistics Admin

• Experience in shipping / Logistics / Inventory / Purchase / LC Documentation functions.
• Ensures that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes, including planning the transportation route and payload, selecting the mode of transportation, tendering the order for transportation, and tracking the shipment from pick up through delivery all the while targeting cost reduction, freight savings, service and contractual requirements.

• Preparation of LPO’s, place orders and confirm the payments with suppliers.

• Prepare and update monthly logistics, schedule to assure deliveries to production locations. Coordinate product delivery schedules with customers.
• Codes, and prepares proper paperwork for billing and authorization of a variety of invoices per defined processes
• Re-routes freight as needed to meet demands and minimize costs
• Verifies inventory locations and availability for shipment against requirements specified in purchase orders
• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor\'s degree is a must. 
• Must be have excellent communication skills in the English language. 
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond different customers/clients
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Capable of working in team
