12 Months Contract - Singapore Need Automation Tester for Cloud Connected Desktop application development Environment, Should be able to Identify bugs in code to be deployed to multiple environments. Need Automation framework development and test case automation in Perl or Python. Should be Proficient in analyzing test plans, creating test cases, and designing test strategies. Skilled in Agile and Waterfall software development life cycle methodologies. Excellent understanding of STLC, SDLC and Test Methodologies from project definition to post-deployment documentation. Should have Worked on Manual testing, Unit testing, Smoke testing, Functional testing, Integration testing, System testing, Regression testing and deploying as a desktop application in Windows or Linux or Unix, and Mac OS X environments(Mandatory) Note: It is Mandatory to have testing experience in MAC OSX Environment

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design and implement firmware for new robotic systems.
Design and implement new features for real time operating system (ROS) based robot drives
Design and implement data capturing at high speed, motion and power control solutions for new products.
Implement test and bring up strategies for new products.
Maintain existing driver and firmware architecture.
Debug issues with complex SoC used in robotic solutions
Required Skills:
3-6 years experience of developing new firmware and maintaining firmware in C/C++ with Cortex-M ARM microcontrollers or an equivalent architecture.
Experience with system-on-a-chip SoC firmware development
Experience with different communication protocols like Ethernet, RS-485, I2C , SPI etc,
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or another related field.

Sales Regions: USA Position Summary The Business Development Manager position is a key sales role within the ALTEN Calsoft Labs PES-Unit sales team for North America, responsible for executing regional sales and business development strategies for target companies within the sub-segments of the Hi-Tech Unit. The Hi-Tech unit includes the following Industry sub segments: Software/ISV, Telecom. The candidate will play a hunter role, responsible for acquiring new clients for ACL. He/She will target sales of ACLs entire portfolio of Product Engineering Services, for targeted firms. The positions primary responsibility is to achieve new sales results for ACL services in the sales regions identified above. The candidate will develop revenue-producing relationships with decision-making executives at targeted firms, as well as drive the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract execution. The role is supported by offshore Pre-Sales teams. Responsibilities Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the AVP Sales Head and execute business development, offering positioning and sales strategies as a member of the PES sales team for North America. Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline. Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP response creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing. The candidate is the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers. Work in close collaboration with ACL presales team & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers business and technology needs. At least 8 years of experience in selling PES services within the region, preferably working in a leading IT services & products firm with prior experience of working with offshore (India) teams. Good understanding of one or more of the industry segments within the High-tech Unit. Experience with vendor selection processes including RFI and RFP issuance and response management; Understanding of customer decision making criteria as it pertains to offshore services, consulting, enterprise solutions Prior experience in relationship building with industry executives at trade shows, conferences, industry events and professional association meetings.
