A large casino with 5000 employees and a catering company supplying to airlines in Australia is looking for Chef de Partie/Sous Chef/ Executive Chefs are required for a permanent contract, who has a good background in fresh food who has a desire to learn, progress and develop.  
Must have a valid passport. 
Minimum 5 years of experience in current role and only in 5* hotel. 
Must have appeared for IELTS in last 3 years and grade scored should be 5+. 
Ready to relocate 
Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays. 
Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services. 
Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food. 
Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation. 
Check the quantity and quality of received products. 
Coordinate planning, budgeting, and purchasing for all the food operations within establishments. 
Plan, direct, and supervise the food preparation and cooking activities of multiple kitchens.
