Job Description 

Knowledge Management  We are looking for a detail oriented individual with an overall experience of 4+ years, primarily in internal web and enterprise content management platforms. This person should be an experienced KM Professional who has managed Knowledge Content Flow and helped a company create, execute and govern KM programs and strategies.  Its an individual contributor role which requires strong stakeholder management which will be essential to the role. The person will be responsible for KM tasks such as managing, editing, and proofreading site contents, on CMS systems. Experience with either Drupal or SharePoint will be a plus. Strong organizational and prioritization skills are a must, as well as ability to perform under tight deadlines. The selected candidate is expected to multi- task and showcase excellent time management skills at all times. Multi-tasking will include handling a variety of business stakeholders and vendors technology teams, working with stakeholders, leading new processes and initiatives that continuously improve the KM practice at Protiviti.  As a KM expert this person will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely posting of content. The person will carry out the content governance and management policies which describe the timelines and processes for reviewing and removing stale content and sites from the intranet. The person will also be responsible for maintaining accurate metadata and taxonomy for the content, and for managing and training others on the tools for uploading content and metadata management. The person will also be responsible for search tracking searched terms and creating best bets for search results, and generally ensuring that sought-after documents and sites can be found easily. This person will be responsible for measuring and analyzing the use of the internal knowledge management system and providing recommendations on how to improve usability and user satisfaction. This position also requires close collaboration with technical teams to maintain site standards and provide feedback for potential areas of improvement.
