Digital Delivery Manager

The Role 
The purpose of this position is to manage digital projects, working closely with product managers, the UX and front-end development teams, IT, and the digital sales and self-service functions. Operational efficiency is a key component of the digital channel team, ensuring deadlines are met at the required budget and quality. The candidate will be championing the use of agile project management; utilising scrum and Lean UX delivery frameworks wherever possible.  Key accountabilities • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. • Liaise with project stakeholders on an on-going basis. • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. • Effectively apply project methodology and enforce project standards. • Prepare for engagement reviews and customer assurance procedures. • Minimize exposure and risk on project and ensure appropriate escalation to the senior management. • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. • Deliver Projects within agreed and established timelines • Support the Digital Delivery Director with regards to developing and maintaining processes across the digital channel; and capacity managing the digital channel team resources • Utilize best practice agile methodologies to ensure digital capabilities are delivered in a fast, iterative, customer focused and quality manner • Measure performance of project and produce required dashboards 
Requirements

Quality Engineer (Western-Educated)

The Role 
• Oversee the activities of Patrol Inspector and Quality Technicians • Update/Implements Control Plan as stated in the PPAP. • Update/Implement the quality inspection instruction for the production cells. • Assist in development of the gauge plan for the new products. • Ensures that acceptance of the products is done based on customer drawing. • Reviews SPC and analysis as submitted by QA Technician. Initiates actions as required based on the anyalsis results. • Review the daily reject WIP and Anodize material and ensure it is encoded into the Reject system. • Prepares Non-Conformance Report for the Supplier material (Extrusion & Anodize). • Conducts spot audit to ensure quality conformance to procedures. • Maintains file of quality and statistical records. • Conducts investigation concerning non-conformance to customer and internal specifications. • Ensure Quality Technicians are doing the ‘first off’ on the CMM as per the control plan. • Ensure the Patrol Inspection process is complete for each running products during the shift and documentation is completed accurately. • Ensure the shift change handover meeting is completed professional and all the issues been recorded. • Responsible for managing the input and outputs of the Quarantine area. Ensuring that Quarantined items are fully investigation and within the required timeframe. • Ensuring follow up with the required department to get resolution on Quarantined items  • Supporting the Quality Manager in investigating customer complaint through the 8D / NCR process. Ensure full and thorough root cause analysis with appropriate personnel. Identification of and communication of corrective action. Maintaining documentation and reports of 8D / NCR investigation. • Review and investigate Final View rejects to confirm if meet customer specifications. Decide if part in within customer specification and release. If the part is not within specification raise NCR. Ensure management are kept informed of issues. • Weekly report for Final View rejects to management • Ensure internal audits are performed as per the Internal Audit schedule. • Follow up on action please form Internal Audit to ensure completion of actions.  • Maintain the Quality Management System in line with ISO TS16949:2009 standards • Assign and maintain QMS documentation reference system 
Requirements 
• ISO TS16949:2009 Internal Auditor certification • Educated to degree level in Mechanical Engineering or related subject • Minimum 3 year experience as Quality Engineer in mechanical manufacturing industry • Understanding of technical drawings • Quality problem solving methods – 8D / NCR   Essential skills: • Excellent communication in English – both written and oral • Able to write comprehensive reports based on factual investigations using quality problem solving techniques • Able to present investigation findings to management / customers • Able to provide fact based arguments to put point across • Ability to communicate with customer and senior managers   Desirable: • CMM certification • Design background • Experience in the Automotive Industry

Senior Surface Water Engineer - Roads & Drainage

The Role
