QataQatar Duty Free (QDF) is an award winning subsidiary of Qatar Airways, the

As a vital member of the QDF Management team, you will ensure that the Operations are run smoothly, in a cost effective manner; conforming to all safety and security requirements. Act as a reference point and source of expertise for others both inside and outside the organisation. Have oversight of approximately 25,000 square metres of travel retail space.
You will review incidents with CCTV operators, participate in official stock takes, ensure all shop staff conform to company security regulations. You will remain alert to any breach of company security procedures, and ensure all stock and cash transactions conform to company and security standards.
As a vital member of the QDF Management team, you will ensure that the Operations are run smoothly, in a cost effective manner; conforming to all safety and security requirements. for a Middle East, Duty Free or International outfit. You will also have
ability to delegate work; set clear direction; manage workflows whilst having

Job Purpose: To ensure that maintenance plans for a range of assets are prepared sufficient to underpin the effective and efficient achievement of operational availability targets, ensuring that everything works when it needs to. Accountabilities:
Strategic
• Designs, implements, and monitors programs and plans for preventive maintenance, equipment replacement
• Develop business requirements in terms of equipment and buildings from forecasted growth in order to ensure business opportunity
• Assist in the development of the next phase of QACC utilizing data obtained from internal stakeholders in order to provide strategy team with QACC requirements.
Maintenance Planning
• Ensure that for a range of assets planned work maintenance regimes are in place which deliver operational availability targets at optimum cost
• Ensure that management by information is practised, that effective performance review takes place on an ongoing basis, that measurement and review drives, continuous improvement
• Ensure that planned work plans and the associated costs are prepared and that managers are effectively supported in agreeing budgets during the budgeting cycle. Subsequently ensure budget plans are converted into the effective and efficient maintenance work programmes
Operational
• Review facilities in relation to current and forecast business growth and prepare annual budgets and long- term plans to ensure that facilities are compatible with achieving or exceeding company targets in a safe and efficient manner
• Manage all activities related to the maintenance of buildings and equipment at all sites via regular close working relationships with QR corporate services.
• Deliver the maintenance work programme, financial and other support services necessary to underpin delivery of an excellent value maintenance service
Management & Leadership
• Establish the department or teams objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives
• Regularly evaluate the department or teams objectives, plans, procedures, and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed
• Oversee and supervise employees. Direct daily activities, recruit , train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery
Development
• Take responsibility for own going personal and growth of expertise
• Train and develop other employees, for proper succession planning and risk management
• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of Department

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will undertake a wide variety of activities including processing payroll, bank reconciliations, compiling a variety of reports including statistical, and end of month reports, and provide support and assistance to the team and to management.

• Receives and process all vendor invoices for payments and checks and verifies all invoices financially as per Finance policies and IAPs

• Ensure all invoices are routed through AP module, in case of new vendors, vendor account must be created by liaising with HO.
• Prepares Bank Disbursement Account monthly reconciliation for IRR & USD accounts

• Handles and updates petty cash expenses in oracle, as per Finance Policy 14.
• Prepares and maintains disbursement statement for monitoring and controlling of expenditures, at the same time to monitor daily bank balance in case of any expected fund shortages it must be highlighted to Finance Manager.
• Support auditors during annual/quarterly project audit.
About You:

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need a
