My client are an established construction group
based in Ajman, U.A.E who are looking for a Project Manager with experience on
high rise projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate would
have managed all division from Structural, MEP, HVAC, through to Fit Out
showing flexibility and capability of handling a complete project from start to
finish. This is a permanent position with average projects G+30 with values
between 100 - 200 million AED.
Requirements;
*Must have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
*Experience of working on all aspects of High Rise projects (valued at 100 – 200 million AED) as a Project Manager.
*Must have 5 - 10 years’ total experience on High Rise projects with up to 5 years’ in the U.A.E.
*Western candidates preferred but not essential.

Job Description:
Knowledge of Architectural principles, techniques and technical detailing is required to execute the Architectural working drawings to acceptable standards
Drawings are to be executed in Revit Architecture
Work with the Design Director(s) and project team (s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production.
Have the capacity to create a variety of exterior and interior architectural 3D models and renderings from master planning to planning application.
Rapidly be able to construct accurate high quality, realistic 3D renderings.
Be able to work independently and with project teams in creating representations of design sketches or developed projects
Able to research solutions to either artistic, or technical, issues when they arise.
A good understanding of Light and colour. Along with composition, and basic art principles.

team, the Quality Control Engineer will oversee the entire project on
architecturally relevant matters. This candidate will establish and monitor
quality control procedures, ensuring that work being undertaken at site
complies with guidelines approved by the client.

- If disputes arise, study documentation and field conditions and assist in contractual interpretations.
- Contribute to regular progress reports for KUCP and the Head Office.
- Report any concerning developments to the JV leadership in a timely manner and via a weekly progress report
