ETL Architect

The Role 
The ETL Architect designs and develops software required to extract, transform, and load data from the clinical and business source systems into enterprise data warehouse, data mart and operational data stores internal or external. Develops robust end-to-end analytics solutions for structured and unstructured data including, but not limited to, ingestion, parsing, integration, auditing, logging, aggregation, normalization, and error handling. Other related responsibilities include ongoing support, maintenance, and other analytics and information management related responsibilities. 
Requirements 
• 5+ years’ experience in ETL development and administration of data integration tools (e.g. Informatica, DataStage, Oracle ODI, etc.) for data warehouse projects (healthcare preferred). • Expert Oracle SQL, PL/SQL skills, including performance tuning. • In depth understanding of data integration best practices, leading industry applications and features such as master data management, entity resolution, data quality assessment, metadata management, etc. • Understanding of data warehouse best practices sourcing the data from the operational systems • Experience in managing the deployment of the data integration tool(s)

Regional Sales Manager - Steel Construction

The Role 
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Manager, Kuwait, for one of the leading steel engineering, fabrication, design, supply companies in the region.  Our client is a well established company with their head office based in Dubai and their regional offices in Qatar and KSA. Now looking to expand to Kuwait market.   Job Purpose:  Responsibility for setting strategies to maintain and grow revenues and implement sales opportunities to achieve overall yearly set target of projects.  Key Accountabilities:  Business Plan and Strategy: - Initiates and coordinates development of actions plans to penetrate new markets. - Identify the market leads / potential projects.  Marketing: - Contacting the main contractors, consultants and end users to introduce the company.  Sales: - Obtaining enquiries from EPC contractors / main contractors / consultants. - Handling technical and commercial aspects of product enquiry. - Contact with customers for follow up. - Handling quotations and estimations. - Knowledge of company’s products, provision of information and giving clarifications to customers on their enquiries. - Provides timely feedback and reports to Senior Sales Manager. - Final negotiations of contract after gaining Management approval - Maintaining confidential information of bidding projects & Securing key personnel, making sure that clients are satisfied. 
Requirements 
Prefer candidates who are already based in Kuwait or in any GCC countries but have experience in Kuwait.  Qualification / Education Level: - Bachelors in Engineering. (Mechanical / Civil .) with minimum of 10 years of experience in Structural steel fabrication and erection projects. - Should have experience in high-rise towers, malls, stadiums, conventional centre, etc.,. projects.  Special Skills, if any: - Excellent Communication skill in English (Speaking, Reading & Writing). - Computer skills (MS office applications, Microsoft Project Planning, Tekla Structures & AutoCAD)

Head of Contracts Management

The Role 
One of the largest construction companies in the UAE is looking for a Head of Contracts Management for their projects in Muscat, Oman.   Job responsibilities:  - Ensure compliance with corporate commercial procedures and standards regarding contracts, tendering and projects - Monitor commercial aspects of projects (owner of commercial procedure) via performance reports, receivables, etc. to ensure project delivery is in-line with contractual client agreements; directly resolve any discrepancies - Ensure accuracy of Value of Work Done reports - Support business units regarding contract design and negotiation (commercial elements) with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors; liaison with central Legal to align involvement - Proactively support Tendering in commercial aspects of tenders - Ensure that clients requests are as per original scope of work and highlight if clients change requests will incur additional costs - Ensure stringent claims management towards clients (receivables collection) in alignment with Accounting (while maintaining good relationships with clients) - Support projects/Business Units in arbitration cases - Make sure project risk assessment is conducted with project management and central risk department - Create reports for internal audit on a project based commercial assessment - Manage, train and develop direct reports and conduct periodic performance reviews  
Requirements 
- Bachelor degree in business engineering - Master degree in business engineering advantageous - Related professional experience - 15+ years of experience in regional construction companies with 8+ years of experience in contracts and commercial management  Business and technical skills - Professional contract drafting and reviewing - Quantitative and qualitative risk analysis - Claims management and strict enforcement of claims - Strong service orientation towards business units - Proven negotiation skills - Strong communication skills and ability to resolve disputes - Highly results oriented
