Requirements 
The successful candidate must have both pre and post contract experience, ideally weighted towards the latter. Ideally the candidate will be RICS qualified but our client will look at cvs of candidates in RICS process. You will need to be well versed on the tendering process and be strong within cost management.

The Role 
• Oversees and administers the operations of a store. Receives, identifies and verifies merchandise. Provides information to and assists customers.  • Maintains inventory. Uses inventory management software. Prepares purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock. Contacts suppliers or searches catalogues to determine price and additional details concerning new items.  • Makes claims with transport companies if delivered merchandise has been damaged.  • Maintains files appropriate to the activities of the unit, such as invoices, order number, receiving date, shipping date, etc. Prepares reports.  • Is responsible for cash and makes cash deposits.  • Verifies ledgers, statements and supporting documents.  • Communicates with others in order to receive or transmit information.  • Handles and stores merchandise or special products that require some knowledge of spontaneous combustion, toxicity, fragility, rapid deterioration, contamination, etc.  • According to requirements and established procedures, arranges stock and do periodical physical verification of stock. In case of emergency or in order to replace outdated material, suggests substitutes available in the store.  • Oversees the delivery of merchandise following an established schedule and coordinates special deliveries by transmitting the necessary details to the persons concerned.  • Ensures cleanliness of work areas.  • Uses equipment necessary for the handling, shifting, or moving of material, such as a hand truck, forklift, etc.  • The list of duties and responsibilities outlined above is representative and not a complete and detailed list of tasks which may be performed by an employee whose position has been matched to this generic job description. 
Requirements

The incumbent will be responsible in undertaking standardized government offices document processing routines, exchanging information, preparing documents by performing full clerical, administrative and general duties involving government bodies.  Duties and Responsibilities not limited to: • Follow all relevant government relations procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. • Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the government relations to ensure continuity of work. • Liaise with relevant government bodies (manpower authority, Immigration, the public authority for social security, ministry of interior, medical department, Customs, Civil defense, Chamber of commerce, ministry of trade ,Traffic etc.) efficiently in order to ensure expediting of formalities and document processing. • Receive all government relations issues regarding employee requests and coordinate with concerned government departments to ensure an efficient processing of the requests. • Acting as a coordinator for official documents (visas, civil card, permits, car licenses, driver’s license, health cards documents etc.) so that they can be processed at a timely manner. • Ensure ongoing compliance with all of Kuwait’s government relations relevant to government relations transactions and activities. • Process all applications for all types of visas, resident permits, work permits and identity cards etc. • Take on other duties assigned by the GR Manager/HR Manager/ Country Manager. 
Requirements 
• Experience in the relevant field, with minimum 5 years in similar position. • High school Certificate or above • Knowledgeable in Kuwait Labour & immigration Law.  Skills: • Ability to read write and speak fluently in Arabic and English. • Excellent communication skills. • Excellent knowledge of government websites such as Immigration system, Labor System and E Gov • Excellent Microsoft office skills • Ability to work as an effective team member. • Hardworking & ability to multi-task. • Ability to drive light vehicle and must have a valid driving license. • The timeliness performance of his activities as well as the activities of his subordinates. • Submitting all reports (daily, weekly& monthly) and deliverables by their due dates. • Any other deadlines as determined by the GR Manager.
