The Role 
Great opportunity to join a well-established company in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Administrator you will support a number of Senior Managers with their day to day administrative needs.   • Maintaining office systems, including data management, preparing formal letters to banks, other companies, doing all secretarial work, diary management and keeping records, take minutes of meeting, maintaining daily schedule. • Responsible for answering the phone calls, documentation and archiving,  • Perform daily administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, document filing. • Managing travel requests and booking through online and Hotel Reservation, arranges travel for staff including scheduling transportation and making hotel reservations.  • Requesting and keeping of supplies and stationery, printing. • Receives and records visitors and telephone calls. • Schedules and arranges meetings and conferences. • Draft & Prepare and processing legal documents and forms like Power of attorney, cancelationswavers and declarations.  • Reviews legal documents to ensure they are in proper format and contain all necessary portions or related documents for court acceptance; files legal documents with proper courts. • Liaising between the head of legal and the other departments in the company. • Prepares and assembles materials, documents, and exhibits for meetings, court appearances, and hearings. • Take or transcribe legal dictation, minutes of meetings and taped records of conferences, settlement discussions, or interviews.  • Handling Faxes and Emails and providing the client updates about the status of their applications. • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority. 
Requirements 
To be considered, you have to meet the following requirements: • Bachelor or University degree holder • With minimum 5 years of extensive experience in providing high level of secretarial / administration support to senior management  • Have strong fluency in English and Arabic languages; knowledge in another language is a plus Strong background and familiar in using complex functionality in Microsoft application • Willing to be based and to work in Abu Dhabi

Credit Controller (Contract)

The Role 
Role Purpose • Collection activities include investigating delinquent accounts, analyzes account performance, makes recommendations to release orders on past due accounts and investigates bankruptcy claims. • May coordinate efforts and/or refer accounts to third party action when internal collections are not effective. Maintains records and files and generates related reports.  Responsibilities: • Cash collection on a defined book of business • Work closely with Clients, some of which are Fortune 500 Companies; Thomson Reuters internal staff to resolve client disputes and follow through to satisfactory resolution which results in payment of invoices. • Manage the decision process on disconnecting customers when payments cannot be negotiated. • Manage complicated cash application issues. • Monitor & analyze collection trends & identify debt issues at an early stage for resolution. • Aid Regional Credit Managers in compilation of monthly credit control reporting. • Recommend any changes in country credit control tiering & mapping to improve efficiency • Ensure actions from monthly business unit debt provisioning meetings are followed-up • Ensure accounting for bad debts & provisioning comply with accounting standards • Build effective relations with CA & Business Unit management. Liaise with Finance to ensure thorough financial analyses of the viability of commercial propositions. • Help regional implementation of Credit Control Global template & country adherence to it thereafter • Suggest & implements improvements to current practice. 
Requirements

Head of Marina Operations

The Role 
The Head of Operations Marina will be accountable to run an efficient operation, through the use of an Approved Marina Operator, in respect to the 3 Marinas located in The Pearl-Qatar under Management and delivery of services consisting of Berthing, Charter, Organised Water Sport, Water Taxi / Gondola Services, Security, Health and Safety, General Marina Services, Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste Management, Engineering and Facility Services.  The implementation of Best Practice and Operation standards is key to this role as well as a comprehensive understanding of; government regulations, operational methods, and the need to increase profitability and keep the cost of marina under control.  To maintain high standard in customer serviced areas, ensure proper discipline amongst Berth Holders / Marina Users, Service Providers, Contractors and Tenant Staff at all times. 
Requirements 
Educational Qualifications - Tertiary Qualification, Bachelor Degree / Equivalent Diploma or an Education / Experience combination in the areas of Marina Operations / Management, Marine Architecture, Engineering or Project Management or other relevant discipline; - Qualification / Certification in Marina / Facilities Management Environment; - Member of a Certified Marina / Marina Operations or Management body.  Experience - Minimum of 10 years' experience in Marina Construction / Operations / Management or relevant role; - Experience in GCC preferable.  Technical Competencies - Financially and analytically astute; - Excellent report writing skills;  - Well established, broad based knowledge of Marina Environments / Industry; - Strong working knowledge of Facilities Management and systems in a Marina / Marina Management environment; - Knowledge of principles, practices and techniques, planning, administration, policy formulation; applicable local laws and regulation governing the administration and operations of a marine environment; - Knowledge of negotiation and administration of contracts; - Good working knowledge and experience developing budgets and using cost control techniques; - Working knowledge of computer hardware, software and internet applications.
