About the Role:

-Responsible for the success of multiple and complex project engagements
-Manages various projects in parallel autonomously, develops core work plan, structure an end-to-end analysis to find the best solution, and ensure high quality outputs
-Is able to ensure successful project delivery, guiding junior team towards problem conceptualization, problem structuring, data gathering, and insight generation
-Generates valuable insights for the client and for the creation of intellectual capital within the firm
-Develops end-to-end documents both for existing engagements or business development proposals. Is able to manage complex and multiple documents in parallel
-Ensures project scope is properly managed and is able to take decisions when trade-offs between project and team arise
-Takes full ownership of the administrative responsibilities within the project
-Able to build senior client relationships across multiple accounts that can lead to business leads
-Supports Partners’ relationship building efforts within different accounts and leads
-Is a subject matter expert for selected content areas in a range of telecom topics, leading transfer knowledge and generating new intellectual capital for the firm
-Acts as a role model, builds project morale, encourages recognition and is always ready to provide/receive feedback and seek to improve
Key Requirements:

-Over 7 years’ experience within a top tier management consultancy firm
-In depth knowledge and interest in the Telecommunications, Media and Digital (TMD) industry
-International exposure and experience working in both developed and emerging markets is an advantage
-An MBA from a leading global business school
-Highly organised and structured, with excellent problem solving skills
-Combines business sense with commercial capabilities
-Builds good professional and personal relationships with client teams at senior management levels
-Quickly gains comfort with content areas which are unfamiliar and drives content leadership
-Team player and leader, open-minded, possesses cultural awareness and sensitivity
-Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and add value
-Acts as a role model and mentor to junior consultants
-Flexible to accommodate frequent travel

A top tier IT consulting firm is seeking to recruit managers and senior managers for its technology Practice. Candidates with a specialization in at least one of the following areas are preferred: Digital Transformation / Digital Advisory, IT Transformation & IT Strategy. 

They are seeking candidates who use their strategic business consulting skills to work with clients through all stages of strategy-based transformation projects. Provide support on client assignments that help to develop a strategy and then refocus an organization on making that strategy a reality. Consult with clients to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to clients' strategic and operating success by developing insight, conducting independent analysis, and meeting with clients to assure assignment progress. Develop conclusions and recommendations, write reports, assist in client presentations and provide implementation assistance as required. Construct the analytical framework and work steps for each assignment. 

A blend of talents and skills is required of successful candidates, including intellectual ability, excellent analytical skills with the capability to perform sophisticated hypothesis-driven analyses, imagination and creativity, judgment and maturity, curiosity, interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, high energy level, professional integrity, and demonstrated leadership.
• Advanced / graduate degree, e.g. an MBA, MS, or PhD required 
• 8 -12 years of experience with industry or functional work showing progressive promotion, and outstanding academic achievement 
• Business-level fluency in English
• International work experience 
• Experience in one of the following emerging/ technology related topics is a plus: Digital and Analytics , IT Transformation, IT Strategy 
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management 
• Candidates from tier 1 or 2 strategy firms with a focus on IT consulting or IT strategy will be considered for the post. 
• Proven experience in managing, inspiring, mentoring aspiring consultants.
