• 3 + years’ experience in public auditing and

• Supervise staff, inspect client financial records, compile and analyze data, prepare detailed audit reports and resolve accounting research issues.
• Demonstrate ability to plan and manage engagements and people along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines.
• Degree in Accounting or related field. Graduate degree is desired.
• Knowledge of best practice reporting and International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Experience in transaction support / due diligence

We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Director covering Qatar as part of the wider GCC Restructuring Services (“RS”) team.

Lead Corporate Restructuring engagements in the State of Qatar and wider GCC region (Turnaround & Performance Improvement, Financial Restructuring, Crisis Management) on a day to day basis with Partner/Director oversight.

• Project managing engagements, providing support to the partner in managing external stakeholders as well as managing other service line teams involved
• Taking a lead role in supporting management teams in preparing and challenging business plans, short term cash flow forecasts and restructuring plans

Operational Restructuring experience
