A Marketing Assistant is required for the Middle East region. Based in our Dubai office, the Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing and Communications Manager. The successful candidate will be involved in a broad variety of activities, supporting staff across the region. A key element of the role will be assisting the team on marketing communications and business development activities. Strong communication and project management/organisational skills are essential.
Responsibilities

Internal communications activity, including quarterly newsletter and staff briefing packs
Collect and keep up-to-date experience sheets and repurpose for FGOULD.com
Assist with writing news and internal publication articles 
Assist with the organisation and management of seminars, exhibitions and events across the Middle East 
Aid in the creation of new marketing collateral
Assist in responding to ad-hoc marketing queries and requests for information 
Contribute to the building of the Faithful+Gould brand
Support the digital marketing strategy
Support local and international teams when bidding for new work. 


Technical Competencies

Graduate in a relevant discipline (Marketing or Business) 
A Levels or GNVQ equivalent
Previous experience within a professional services environment is desirable 
Strong computer literacy, including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook packages
Excellent written communication skills 
Strong project management skills – ability to deliver projects to time and budget 
Strong interpersonal skills – able to deal with people at all levels 
Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively 
Ability to organise events and seminars 
Understanding and interest in marketing communications and social media 
Excellent team working skills 
Brand awareness 
Good proof reading skills. Ability for self-checking & correction of work

Project Director

Relationships:

Provide the principal point of contact with the clients’ senior representatives for the delivery of project services 
Manage and work with the local authorities and municipality for the delivery of approvals, permits and services
Develop and maintain close working relationships with relevant project, technical, financial and commercial staff
Develop close working relationships with other business heads, locally and internationally
Mobilise and demobilize staff members to meet delivery requirements 
Support, coach, develop and recruit senior managers and personnel 

Responsibilities:

Deliver on all technical project management aspects of the multiple project as per the contract requirements
Manage the client relationship and key stakeholders
Manage and coordinate with the local Authorities and Municipalities in KSA
Business develop to ensure repeat business 
Deliver the financial objectives for the programme 
Manage all programme risk and contingencies
Ensure compliance with the Business Management System
Direct staff and resources to meet programme delivery requirements 
Ensure project success

We are currently looking for a Project Management Lead with a minimum of 20 years’ experience in the management of high rise, leisure, mixed-use and hotel projects. Although based from Riyadh, this is a wider role, overseeing the project delivery of F+Gs project portfolio in KSA.

The candidate will be a qualified professional capable of providing planning, leadership, direction and technical expertise to manage complex tasks and multidisciplinary projects. He must have a minimum qualification BSc, BEng, BA or equivalent, have Chartered status with the last 5 years being on a similar project/role. Experience working in the Middle East on high end projects is key, preferably with experience within Saudi Arabia. You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company reputation with our clients and developing effective long term client relationships thus identifying and developing new opportunities for the Group. 

Degree in engineering or construction;
Experience in leading on large multi-disciplinary projects or running a major programme of works for multi-million riyal projects;
Experience of leading a business and having responsibility for a P&L account;
Proven success in the delivery of large capital projects within scope, time and budget;
Ability to influence for results;
Experience in the planning, managing and successfully delivering on projects involving numerous stakeholders;
The role entails an element of business development, and the candidate will have experience of developing all aspects of major proposals and will as identification of new clients and/or opportunities for the business
Effective IT and communication skills in report writing, presentations and holding effective conversations ;
Proven ability to lead, organize and direct large multi-national organization.
