Previous experience in advanced use of PM tools and methods
Experience in a customer facing environment
Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
Support a set of project management tools to achieve oversight and control objectives at project, program and portfolio level and which includes an executive dashboard.
Implementation of IT policies, standards & guidelines.
Implementation of metrics (including KPIs and Scorecard) to:
o facilitate a consistent approach to project management
o to monitor and improve project performance
o to measure project contributions to business performance
o to monitor customer perception
Perform administrator duties including
o Maintaining user groups and security permissions
o Generating & maintaining OLAP cubes
o Establishing KPI & maintaining various indicators
o Maintaining master data
o Conducting users handholding and formal training
o Managing backup and recovery
o Implementing service packs / hot fixes
o Maintaining application health
