Role: Matrika Design Collaborative has been involved with the development of culture projects around India with a focus on the development of national and regional level museums. The role requires a person with interest in art and heritage of India with a qualification in Architecture or Interior Design to create design proposals based on research and findings in the domain of heritage and tradition. We require exceptional skills at communication and presentation with great inter personal abilities to work in a small team. Small teams in small offices means great abilities to perform on multiple fronts and take responsibilities of projects from the beginning to the end.One will tend to learn and deliver on multiple design fronts from lighting, graphics, product design to audio visual design alongside architecture and interior design.
High proficiency in software tools such as Autocad, 3d studio max and photoshop are mandatory for converting ideas into tangible design form.
People with exceptional visualisation and creative skills in sketching and doodling ideas across a table would be highly preferred. However the key lies in details and the ability to convert ideas into proposals and experiences for our clients
