Looking for experienced document controller with
extensive knowledge of good practice and procedures providing effective in
document control control at both project and business level.
Highly motivated commercial professional with team playing skills capable and experienced at interacting with different business and project staff teams. Experience of +10 years mandatory with extensive knowledge of document control, gained from working with international contractors and consultants in an international environment in the construction domain.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The document controller is responsible for all the controlling the inflow and outflow of commercial and contractual documents of the Contract and filing and registering them in good order.
His/Her role is to set policy and strategic goals relating to claims, changes and the defence of Thales interests, as well as managing the various functions required to achieve them, shall:
- Contractual Interface for all incoming and outgoing communication
- Support the On-shore CM in the monitoring and drafting of correspondence
- Maintaining communication log and archive
- Monitoring of routine contract notices and documents and filtering of correspondence
- Other administrative duties
- Receives information and direction from the GCM and implements the same
- Responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of the contractual records, logs and database
- Reviews scope of works in conjunction with CmM, CTO/Interface Manager and Project Management Office focusing on contractual issues
- Chase with all stakeholders, the on time delivery of all documents
- Maintain the CDRL up-to-date
- Provide appropriate KPIs

• 10 years’ experience on similar position
• Experience on large projects on transportation and/or security solutions
• Experience in FIDIC, NEC contracts knowing the timeliness of each document requirement (compulsory)
• Filing and registering the documents (compulsory)
• Maintaining the register of document on the database (compulsory)
• Usage of Aconex or equivalent exchange tool
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience on large projects on transportation and/or security solutions

Bahrain Airport Modernization Program.
Position is open for a Planning and Reporting Manager to:
1) Develop and manage the schedule for Bahrain Airport Modernisation Program. To undertake various functions related to the planning and managing schedule for Airport Systems and Information and Communication Technology and interfaces with Civil Works and different stakeholders.

• Understand Airport Systems and Information and Communication Technologies and have an excellent understanding of Project life cycle: the initialization phase, the design, procurement, construction/installation, interfaces, commissioning and integration of the different Systems
• Expert in planning methodology, like PERT
• Experienced user of Primavera P6, TILOS and other recognised planning tools
• Manage the overall development, maintenance, control and reporting of integrated resource-loaded project schedule
• Experience in project control tool included and not limited to data analysis, Earned Value analysis, and delays analysis
• Experience of Schedule Risk analysis and Critical Path Analysis
• Experience of Claims analysis, in particular Time Impact, Collapsed-as built and windows methods
• Experience in resource histograms preparation and chart planning
• Experience in working in a multi-national company and on a big scale projects.
• Experience in internal and external reporting
• Responsible for managing the project schedule and ensure to identity deviations, slippages and delays on the project schedule baseline.
• Responsible to collect and consolidate all the inputs and planning feedback from the different stakeholder (other Thales entities, work package managers, sub-contractors, third parties, …)
• Responsible to highlight to senior management on a timing manner any deviation on the project schedule baseline.
• Ensuring that all issues within the schedule are highlighted to senior management and to give appropriate planning advice.
• In charge of managing the project planning department.
• In charge to provide necessary planning and progress reports whenever is needed.
• Attend and present at regular client planning and delivery meetings
• In charge for producing all reporting’s (weekly and monthly progress reports to the customer and monthly Dashboard reports for the PM and senior management) in due time.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
You should have:
•10 years of Primavera experience and on similar projects
• 5 years experiences of running planning teams on large multi-discipline projects
• Airport Systems and Information and Communication Technologies experiences
• Tilos experience preferred

? Providing the guidance and support to the Design staff
? Reviewing and ensure the quality of the design shops drawings prepared or reviewed by the Design engineers upon getting final approval from Engineer
? Making sites trips prior to validate the proposed design or find any alternate proposal to suit the ongoing site constructions
? Reviewing and making the necessary quality control for the drawings received from subcontractors prior to submit them to the consultant Engineer for approval
Work Experience Requirements
? A minimum of 8 years as experience in the Design and installation of ELV infrastructure networking and containments related to the systems, such as public address, Security access control, structured cabling networking, closed circuit television, Radio, Airport Operations Systems etc. Previous experience in airports constructions would be an advantage
? Ability to read and understand Architectural Drawings and having good knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage
The candidate should report to the Engineering and Technical Manager.
Qualification and Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Electronic/ Electrical engineering
• Excellent communications, analytical and reporting skills is a must.
