Requirements
Using your
existing multi-unit retail management experience you will oversee store
operations for a designated area - which could be as large as a whole country
or a group of small operating markets. Your remit will include new store
openings, employee development and leading your store management teams to
achieve business targets.

You will build your team by recruiting, training and managing audit staff who will execute instructions according to the audit plan, further agreeing on and reviewing KPIs that will help you to achieve business objectives and ensure food safety controls are maintained for all Brands in all markets.

strong background in Quality Assurance, you will have the opportunity to build
on your portfolio by assuming responsibility over food safety compliance for
multiple international brands in several rapidly growing Middle Eastern
markets. By working with various stakeholders to ensure appropriate audit tools
are aligned to Alshaya and regulatory requirements - as well as adapting and
innovating to the unique demands of the Middle East - you will directly
contribute to the development of best practice within the region.
