Responsibilities
·
Responsible for the
administration and Management of ISO 9001 2008, ISO 14001 , BRC Global
packaging standard & All ethical standards currently followed by
business.
·
Responsible for the
administration of all other standards followed in business and advise business
of any new standards to achieve for continuous improvements.
·
Responsible for
handling all technical, systems and ethical audits.
·
Responsible for the
attainment of OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
·
Responsible for the administration
of the internet based technical library of certain customers.
·
Responsible for all
internal audit training, the Management of internal auditor training and the
administration of the same.
·
To handle / assist in
handling all customer complaints. Ensure that the corrective action had been
implemented and is effective.
·
To work with each HOD,
as appropriate, to develop a professional set of training modules and provide
training for each department along with respective HOD.
·

Practices.

procedure.
·
(d) New product
Introduction
·
To periodically review
the current documentation & implement what improvements can be made and
with the benefits gained.

Coordinate with the
whole team to establish and uphold the CSR program and implement year on year,
modifying as appropriate.

To ensure all Quality
Related documents are up to date and accurate at all times and legal and
chemical requirements of the industry are met with all the time with reference
to latest updates.

To lead the Quality
Control, Quality Assurance, Health & Safety functions and drive continuous
Improvement, Operational Excellence and various cost savings projects across
the business.

Identify gaps in the
current system and work closely with cross functional teams for system
improvement by modifications in equipment, process flow, working practices,
etc. Act as a Change agent to instill problem solving and continuous
improvement culture in the company.

Enforce the practical
implementation of above methodologies with the help of small projects, case
studies by training, retraining the HODs and their down line people.

Improve the current
Quality Management System including development / improvement of procedures and
SOPs to ensure compliance and enhanced customer satisfaction and achievement of
ISO 18000 going forward.

Ensure whatever is
being produced in the business meets and exceeds customer's expectation in
every aspect.

Drive and lead
Statutory and Regulatory HAS Compliance. The maintenance of an effective HAS
Management System aligned to recognized best industry practice that
demonstrates continuous improvement.

Drive OEE
improvements, Identifying losses and facilitating Loss Reduction Projects,
Reduce Breakdowns and Maintenance Cost, Reduce Energy Consumption by improving
Utilities etc.

Specific Role Purpose:
Role holder implements activities for analyzers including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting issues etc. for various analytical instruments, Gas Chromatographs, CEMS analysers etc. The key contribution is to perform all planned jobs in timely and safe manner to ensure delivery of specific objectives based on established KPI’s.
Specific Accountabilities:
• Perform and implement planned maintenance, installation and repair activities for the Analyzer team as provided by Supervisor.
• Participates in performing a wide variety of skilled tasks including repairs, troubleshooting and calibration of online process analytical instrumentation, ABB-PGC2000/3100/5000; Daniel-700/700XA; Siemens MAXUM-2; ENCAL make Gas Chromatograph; ABB (advance optima) make CEMS STACK analysers; ABB Vistanet; ADAS network. Proficient in the operation and maintenance of analysers & server systems.
• Ensure all jobs in the field for analyzers are completed as per quality and safety standards of Qatargas.
• Installation, calibration, troubleshooting, repairs, replacement of Analysers and associated sampling system Instrumentation.
• Perform preventive maintenance of CEMS, GC’s, O2, CO, PH, COND, H2S, SO2, TOC, Freeze Point, Flash Point, Stack, etc. Analysers as per PM task list and schedule
• Follows all company safety policies and procedures and makes safety above all else.
• Implementation of modifications in the Analyzer system based engineering design changes.

• Basic knowledge of systems, networks and interfaces like OPC, Modbus, Ethernet etc.
