Studying his project original contract drawings in coordination with PM, PCM,
Coordinators.
- Checking of all types of drawings received from subcontractors and suppliers for coordination purposes.
- Establishes, reviews, and implement the schedule of drawings issuance prepared by the Planner in accordance with the schedule of submittals to avoid delays to the works in coordination with PM, PCM, and site planning engineer.
- Follows-up drawings issues with the concerned; clarifies with consultant, PM, PCM, coordinators, site subcontractors or through the PM and as required.
- Collects information at the required speed and early enough from the concerned to ensure that no delays will affect neither the works under process or the next step of that work.
- Establishing drawings for temporary works to allow proper execution of site works when requested.
- Establishes detailed sketches to progress a work when requested.
- Establishing, revising coordinated drawings between companies scopes and others as required by PM/PCM/Coordinators.

minimum of 4 years experience in Architectural Draughting for building projects
with large contracting companies preferably in the Middle East.

Coordinates with services
coordinators and services suppliers and draughtsmen, ensuring that the various
disciplines coordinators carry out full review within the time allowed by the
contractual works schedule.
Responsible for coordination with the design responsible for civil disciplines and various engineering tasks.
Reviewing, checking and controlling documents and drawings as necessary, and submitting of final designs and studies to PM prior to onward submission to consultant.
Obtaining Client representatives’ approvals of field changes and agreeing details of customer/consultant issued Variation Orders.
Establishing his own separate records for his prepared and issued drawings and documents independently from the Document Controller, even though submitted and returned documents are recorded by the DC, and establishes the related and appropriate records.
Ensuring preparation of as built drawings related to the company scope of works in coordination with the PM and the PQM.

Candidate must be capable of preparing architectural shop drawing, coordinating with Structural/MEP Departments and leading a team of Jr. Architects and Draughtsmen.
Must have experience in BIM coordination.

- Review requirements of the
specification and relevant standards and ensure understandings and compliance
of work done with the specified requirements of the specification and drawings.
- Carry out the specified inspection / test in accordance with relevant Inspection / Test Plans, including the works of the Subcontractors.
- Overall, supervision and coordination of General Foreman and Site Engineers areas of responsibilities and allocation of work areas. Follow-up to ensure execution of work is carried out in accordance with approved method statements.
- Follow-up with Site Engineer efficient usage of materials to minimise wastage, and supervise materials storage area.
- Carry out the specified inspection / test in accordance with relevant Inspection / Test Plans, including the works of the Subcontractors.
