REPORTS TO: Regional Customer Service Supervisor

Main Purpose of Job
To manage the process of orders (refused/accepted) in the system.

Major Responsibilities
• Manage effectively all system transactions related to Orders, Claims, Returns& Refusals (CRR),
• Understand the customers contact and order methods/frequency whilst promoting efficiency of tools to achieve error free data.
• Understand system alerts indicating order, delivery or billing/credit control issues surrounding the order process.
• Prepare, attend, participate and communicate in cross stream meetings such as daily, weekly operational reviews.
• Resolve issues/ problems utilizing Nestlé Continuous Excellence tools.
• Liaise with customers (where possible) to review order schedules, non-adherence to agreed order cut offs, alignment on material/ product master data thereby building a good rapport with customers.
• 2- 3 years preferably operational experience in Supply Chain Customer e.g. Sales or customer administration 
• Experience in Data entry
• Experience for/ with Customer 
• Operational experience in Supply Chain functions 
• SAP experience is a plus
• Demonstrate positive attitude and open minded
• Demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt with the work environment quickly
• Demonstrate excellent net-working with cross functional teams and the integration points.

Main Purpose of Job
The medical delegate is responsible for the ethical detailing of Nestlé Nutrition products in assigned territory by clearly communicating to medical / paramedical contacts accurate information about these products, their features and benefits and their appropriate use whenever mothers are unable or choose not to breastfeed their babies, and within guidelines as set by NME Nutrition in compliance with WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes, Nestlé Instructions and local country codes.

Major Responsibilities
• Promote Nestlé’s belief that Breastfeeding is best for Babies and that Breastfeeding is recommendable over all other feeding alternatives for infants
• Provide reliable information on infant nutrition and infant feeding practices for medical/ paramedical contacts in areas that interest or affect them in their regular practice, according to current cycle detailing objectives and materials, becoming a reference advisor on these topics
• Participate in the organization and running of on Product Knowledge, Nutrition or related topics medical / paramedical scientific meetings including their sponsorship meeting, guest lecturer invitation.
• Identify and maintain relevant information on all contacts in assigned territory via master list, including classification on interest and importance, and by regular call cards completion
• Monitor and report to the Medical Field Supervisor on activities of our competitors including new competitor products, communication strategies, etc.
• Maintain proper records and registers of all correspondence and actions undertaken in daily activities
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.
• Comply with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that they will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity
• 1- 2 years of experience preferably as Medical Delegate
• Bachelor degree in pharmaceutical Science, Medicine, Nutrition and Biology
• Bilingual (English & Arabic) 
• Demonstrate the ability to build strong relationship with HCPs
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities: 
Coordinating the brand website and different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter).

Event Management and Projects: 
- Maintain tracking & follow ups on the overall timelines of the different events & projects with the relevant stakeholders (Regulatory team, Nutrition team, Agencies, etc.) 
- Projects are mainly covering new Packaging and Product Developments (NPD’s) 
- Deliver promotional packs as per 2017 CPW plan in coordination with the Senior Brand Manager/ Brand Managers.
- Champion the sampling and track on-ground activities across Middle East for Kids Brands (POSM alignment).
- Analyze reports and gather insight from data (internal sales; market shares etc.)
- BA with a major and/or functional interest in Marketing or Business Administration

Main Purpose of Job
The function of Strategic Sourcing at Nestlé requires administrative support on a day to day basis in order to best operate and meet its performance objectives. Tasks currently undertaken by strategic personnel would be best performed by an experienced, well organized and structured individual who can provide the important organizational support required.

The candidate will be supporting Strategic Buyers and Sourcing Managers who are currently procuring raw materials, packaging, marketing and technical items. The key responsibilities are including but not limited to:
• Co-ordinate Responsible Sourcing Audits
• Update/create SAP contracts 
• Consolidate monthly KPI update; keep track of KPI progress and highlight gaps 
• Co-ordinate legal agreements between suppliers and legal department 
• Collect data & documents to fill Competitive Bidding Summary and upload it to SAP Contracts accordingly
• Upload savings report on i-Nexus system on monthly basis and run summary savings report 
• Prepare SAP spend reports 
• Meeting minutes; preparation of Supplier Meeting Reports 
• Project implementation & follow-up (samples etc.) 
• Manage Vendor Creation Process and conduct Supplier Market Research 
• Update Preferred Supplier Listing 
• Arrange meetings with suppliers, flights, trips, Submit Travel & Expense statement 
• Artwork coordination 
• Download Working Capital report on a weekly basis 
• Compile and prepare E-Auction data and templates
• Associates degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or related field of study is desired, a minimum of an Associate degree is required or a minimum of 1 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Fluency in English 
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills
