for a highly-qualified and motivated mid-level associate in our clients
Corporate and Transactional Practice. The position will be based in Dubai.
• This attorney will be focusing on general corporate, business and transactional matters and given the opportunity to work directly with clients.
• Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement - UK Qualified, solid international law firm experience and superb writing and communication skills.
• This attorney will be focusing on general corporate, business and transactional matters and given the opportunity to work directly with clients.
• Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement - UK Qualified, solid international law firm experience and superb writing and communication skills.
• Candidates should also have a minimum of 2 to
3 PQE of general corporate, business and transactional law experience,
including general business issues, sophisticated commercial contracting and
joint venture and other complex commercial transactions.

company is currently recruiting for an Analyst/Assistant Manager.
This is a newly created position due to the company growth.
You will be reporting to the Head of Finance and responsible for the following:
• Gross sales to Net Sales reporting, analysis and forecast
• Preparing Annual Budget and monthly rolling forecast
• Working with business partners across multi-locations and countries.
• Pricing analysis, customer profitability, Sales Risks/Opportunities, Contract Tenders, Country profitability
• Analyzing and Measuring Sales and Marketing Activities
• Trade activities analysis and Trade Rate analysis
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• New Products business cases
• Customer, country and segment reporting
This is a newly created position due to the company growth.

Our client is a growing FMCG conglomerate with
operations in Oman. This is excellent opportunity to develop your professional
career within FMCG industry. You will be reporting to the Head of Trade Finance
and responsible for the following:
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- On day to day basis, actively updating the system with bank receipts and matching it with related invoices.
- Following up with Banks and customers the LC and CAD and update the system.
- Accounting and controlling of all Debit Note and credit notes issued.
- Preparing regularly reports concerning AR aging and do risk analysis based on customers payment history.
- Following up and resolving outstanding amounts and issue the regular reporting for debts status based on the agreed outstanding period.
- Preparing monthly sales report (gross to net sales value) according to company internal classification “Division wise”.
- Preparing monthly the month Trade Accrual / Marketing expenses and controlling, also reconciliation for the balance sheet for them.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
