Job Responsibilities:
Completely study the process of recycling batteries to understand the concept and technology involved in recycling used Lead Acid Batteries and know the various stages of operation involved.
Conduct the erection and installation of the plant with respect to the plan and in coordination with the supplier to meet the deadline for starting the plant.
Participate in the training to be organized by the suppliers about the machineries to thoroughly understand about the procedures to be followed in the operational phase.
Perform the testing of the plant with the supplier to evaluate the operation and collect the data to facilitate the normal running of the plant.
Collaborate with the supplier at the time of handover of the facility, and tabulate all the major details that would be necessary to operate the plant at all stages.
Provide the necessary training for the technicians about the working and operational procedures for the various machinery to enable them to run the plant.
Develop safety procedures to be employed by workers operating equipment or working in close proximity to on-going chemical reactions.
Establish the quality policy to be followed in the plant and educate the employees at various levels to understand and execute the operation in conjunction with the best Quality Management System possible.
Operate the plant by directing various departments and work together with the Electrical and Chemical Engineers for achieving the optimum efficiency.
Create and schedule the production plan for all the machinery with respect to their operational parameters.
Arrange for the timely delivery of the raw materials at different stations and properly make an Inventory plan with respect to the Production Plan.
Responsibly handle and manage the Plant operations to contribute for the advancement of the organization.
Security of all the documents and information about the company must be preserved carefully and handed over properly at the time of relieving.
