Delivery Management
Manage Delivery related to BASE24es with respect to time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
Play anchor role in the relationship to grow the account further.
Bring Process and tools to achieve better deliveries.
Build teams, resources to ensure billing as per the targets, utilization of resources, replacement for attrition
Handle Escalations from clients and resolve in a timely manner
Handle the escalations from the PMs / PLs and take up with clients
2. Resource Management:
Minimize attrition rate within Team
Conflict management within team.
Monitor and analyze activity based team member utilization
Reduce resolution time on all deliverables
Develop new techniques to improvise process output
Perform Team appraisals on time.
Resource leveling and scheduling for critical activities
3. Pre-Sales:
To independently handle existing customer requirements for products, solutions and services and drive them through internal teams (marketing support) for delivery to the customer
To handle initial level presentation of the products/ solutions to prospective customers in the region
To participate or lead technology / architecture / design discussions with customers
4. Technical Management:
To understand customer requirements and provide technical inputs to the development
Manage a team of implementation experts
Will manage a team of implementation experts, through effective inter-department co-ordination
Switch based relevant experience is also considered
To understanding software application architecture and its feasibility within the constraints of the software and hardware environment
To perform assessment and suggest improvement of current technical architecture
5. Technical Support:
Assisting sites in finalizing the Shift Schedules & Resource allocation
Customer Interaction to understand the pending issues if any, any new requirements, any suggestions
Site Visits for interaction with FM resources
Follow up with sites for receipt of Weekly status reports- any other reports stats to be received from the sites
Follow up with Help Desk for outstanding issues
Follow up with concerned Project Managers for resolving pending issues
Organizing periodical meetings with Site-In-charge for understanding their issues
Exploring New Business opportunities
Follow up with the clients for signing of FM Agreements and monthly Payments / Keeping track of Renewals
Take care of FM recruitments


Person should be an MBA from premier institute with minimum of 15+ years of experience
Possesses at least 5 years experience in Financial Services technology including ATM/EFT along with related Software experience
Possesses at least 2 years experience in pre-sales or implementation of software solutions ideally in a similar solution area
