ABOUT THE ROLE
Careem is looking for a rock star Engagement and Retention Manager for our Emerging Markets who is part product manager, part marketer and all hacker. He/she has a passion for aggressively scaling consumer services. This individual will help lead the growth charge, with quick iteration and prioritization of initiatives that identify and capitalize on scalable channels for user growth.

Key responsibilities:
- Define, test, and evaluate growth initiatives
- Drive massive upticks in user acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals
- Understand and optimize loyalty and viral side to unlock growth
- Work on a cross-functional growth hacker team that is responsible for driving user growth through experimentation and prototyping
- Work with product and marketing to design and execute initiatives
- Analyse and report growth success to the management
- Do whatever it takes to achieve exponential growth in all of our markets- You preferably have 8-9 years of work experience and a degree from an accredited university

As a Project Manager, you will have significant impact on efficiency throughout the organization. Its focus is on increasing automation, reducing wasted time, eliminating errors and improving the quality of the tools used (both internally and with customers or captains). Project Managers are expected to take ownership of projects including the analysis, planning, design and implementation phases of the project.

Other responsibilities include:
- Own the end-to-end design and implementation of new systems/processes across the whole organization that allows Careem to move even faster more efficiently at scale.
- Working on different projects each quarter giving them a variety of experience across Careem. Typical projects last 2-3 months and a Manager can be working on 1-2 projects at a time.
- Focus on the areas where innovation is needed and we help to design and implement that innovation, including projects such as launch new technologies to increase our capacity to recruit customers/captains or developing an app that improves training proficiency or changing the organizational structure of a function to help them work better.
- Help Careem run even faster more efficiently at scale
Candidates should have 5+ years work experience, preferably working for a consultancy, where they have demonstrated track record of using the following skills:

- Successfully owning the end to end development and implementation of a project
- Developing a process map and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaboration with a variety of stakeholders to drive change in the organization
- Taking initiative to identify areas for improvement and driving change within these areas
- A bias for action; always wanting to move quickly and improve things faster

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You will be the mission critical leader in the city, working closely with the GM Operations Directors to guarantee supply and leverage deep analytical insights to deliver high impact results. [What's more, you are on a clear path to graduate to GM someday!]
- Analytics and data drive everything we do: transportation, strategy, decisions and people. We have two networks we are trying to build: users and captains.
- In the Careem world, you will own supply of Captains in your city. You will focus on building the largest fleet, getting the most out of it and ensuring the quality of the users experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a sales professional to join our regional sales team as Sales Manager covering the Kuwait. This individual will drive the development and implementation of sales programs targeting prospective customers, current customers and other key contacts vital to generating sales opportunities. This person will be the central point of contact within their region and must be comfortable with ambiguously defined problems, challenges, and can balance thinking with tactical, detailed execution.

Key responsibilities:
- Define and implement an agreed sales plan.
- Deliver revenue against pre-defined targets and objectives.
- Understand buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for ground transportation purchases.
- Build and maintain ongoing communications with the regional resources, such as marketing, sales management, technical support etc to ensure a transparent and co-ordinated approach in the region.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The marketing executive is a key element for supporting demand generation. Your team's job will be to make sure as many people as possible use Careem and once they do, to offer them the best experience there can be.

Key responsibilities include:
- Support your team in hitting our growth targets. We want as many people as possible to enjoy our services
- Master Data, extract relevant intelligence
- Day-to-Day Digital outreach operations
- Help in the execution of an amazing marketing strategy

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to monthly city marketing plan which encompass promotions, partnerships, stunts, and new products/features to increase revenue and boost trip growth
