Currently they are looking for a Strategy Manager of Payments to join their expanding and dynamic payment team. Key Responsibilities:
* Will be responsible for the horizon scanning - being aware of what the competitors are doing in the market
* Adapting the payments strategy based on the information gained through the horizon scanning
* Influencing large groups of stakeholders to adapt the payments strategy with information gained through horizon scanning
* Will hold some payments policy responsibility

* Handle the day-to-day management of staff
carrying out the operation and maintenance of 35,000 m3/day for SWRO plant
located in State of
* To plan and manage all aspects of ongoing operations in term of resources , budget , client requirement , contractual requirement to ensure having continuous , successful and effective operation.
* Well organised ,with time management and good communication skills to ensure client satisfaction .
* Manage a team of over 25 member to carry out operation of the plant 24/7 - 365 days a year.
* Plan a budget for material purchasing and monitor and control the spending and resources.
* Ensure and promote the HSE culture in the workplace and ensure that site is always safe and comply with company IMS requirement .
* Demonstrated success in managing teams, working closely with key stakeholders and maintaining health and safety regulations on-site will be imperative.
* Ensure that reports are submitted on time
* Establish effective communication channel with client and staff ,plan and manage the staff attendance / leaves / shifts.
* Manage the site procurement activities , ensure enough stock of spares , consumables , chemicals , reagents and buffers
* Ensure that obligation is followed in terms of contractual requirement
* Monitor and control the plant operation including monitor and optimise of the chemical dosing , membrane normalisation , to ensure that plant is operated properly meeting the quantity and quality of product
* Develop and plan preventative maintenance program and Implement through EMAS software m monitor and ensure that work order is done on time and closed to ensure the availability of the plant as per contract requirement .

Purpose of the position

* Responsible for driving year over year productivity improvement in labour spending and overhead spending.
