Senior Electrical Engineer

• Performing electrical operation design review
• The Electrical Engineer at this level is proficient in the utilization of standard engineering theories and practices
• Some assignments involve CAE (computer aided engineering)/CAD (computer aided design) applications. Responsible to ensure the correct implementation of the project quality plan and quality procedures and productivity related to all electrical works
• Reviews and/or prepares and issues specifications, data sheets, and other electrical documents as necessary
• Responsible to review & updating as-built drawings of alt electrical related matters
• Assist in preparing RFPs for service providers regarding all electrical matters
• Works with the Service providers to define workable electrical engineering solutions as required for the maintenance & operation
• Reviews method statements for maintenance and provides comments related to electrical engineering
• Conducts periodic inspections to determine if electrical works have been done in accordance with contract specifications
• Prepares periodic special reports summarizing electrical engineering-related issues related to maintenance mechanical activities for review and approval.
• Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the electrical maintenance activities
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical discipline
• 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university o Minimum 8 years' experience in electrical maintenance of large projects with a high concentration in facilities management experience.
• Able to coordinate and monitor all disciplines of electrical works related to all FM Contracts. This includes both management of the site supervision team as well as the Service Providers, Sub Service Providers, and other appropriate specialities
• Able to control Service Providers, Sub Service Providers in conformance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications. This includes working knowledge with local and international specifications that may relate to the projects
• Able to monitor progress of Works and carry out updating, planning and preparing progress reports as required by the client.
• Minimum two (2) years working in the Arabian Gulf Region
It is critical that you possess solid experience in managing contractors and sub contractors and have experience in large scale infrastructure projects. Those without this shall not be considered.

Salary level for this role is between QR11,000-13,000 per month depending on experience, plus company accommodation, private medical insurance and an annual flight allowance. Mosanada hires on a single status only.

SENIOR COMMERCIAL MANAGER

• Manages all pre- and post- FM contract activities, interacts with client, FM Service providers throughout the Contract period
• Participates in corporate strategic planning activities such as risk assessment, bid/no bid analysis, participation in business plan development, etc.
• Collaborates with client and other stakeholders to ensure proper support in proposal preparation, as well as contract negotiations and administration
• Using a flexible and adaptable approach, the Commercial Manager will develop asset value maximization strategies to ensure maximum value from the assets
• Review the current FM procurement process and identify areas for improvement; create a revised process with clear authority limits and processes
• Produce a program for tendering & retendering contracts based upon the requirements/renewal dates/risk
• Carry out a review of all current FM contracts, identifying risk and noncompliance
• Create and manage an approved suppliers list whenever needed
• Develop in conjunction with the team SLA's/KPl's for the service providers.
• Prepare Tender documentation for RFI/RFP
• Assessment of Tender returns, evaluation of technical and commercial submissions and recommendation to Award
• Cost analysis and variations claims
• Analyze contracts and make recommendations for the award of service contracts and minor works packages
• Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years working experience in commercial contracts or holding key management position and in commercial management of large projects at least one year working with the company & minimum three (03) years working in Arabian Gulf Region
• Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities
• Perfect command of spoken and written English
• Ability to perform the Marketing aspect of the Facility Management
• Good presentation skills
• RICS, MRICS or equivalent qualified.
• Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university
• Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001

INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER

• Performing landscape operation design review. The Instrumentation Engineer at this level is proficient in the utilization of standard engineering theories and practices
• Reviews specifications, data sheets, and panel drawings and other control system documents for Electrical, Instrument, and Telecommunication equipment and materials as necessary for operation and maintenance
• Assisting in the preparation of scope of instrumentation from facility management point of view Supports the Service Providers in Troubleshooting and problem-solving and performing other tasks as deemed necessary as related to instrumentation and control systems.
• Understands all related instrumentation codes, standards and best practices and their application to the project
• Conducts periodic inspections to determine if works have been done in accordance with contract specifications
• Responsible to review & updating as-built drawings of all instrumentation related matters
• Degree in Electrical or instrumentation and controls engineering
• Minimum 8 years' experience in similar of large projects with a high concentration in facilities management experience

Senior Building and Civil Engineer

• The Civil Engineer at this level is proficient in the utilization of standard engineering theories and practices
• Some assignments involve CAE (computer aided engineering)/CAD (computer aided design) applications. Responsible to ensure the correct implementation of the project quality plan and quality procedures and productivity related to all civil works
• Reviews and/or prepares and issues specifications, data sheets, and other civil documents as necessary
• Assist in preparing RFPS for service providers regarding all civil matters
• Responsible to review & updating as-built drawings of all civil structures such as tunnels, hard landscape features, buildings etc.
• Works with the Service providers to define workable civil engineering solutions as required for the maintenance
• Reviews method statements and provides comments related to civil engineering
• Conducts periodic inspections to determine if civil works have been done in accordance with contract specifications
• May be required to witness tests, such as soil compaction, moisture content, aggregation, graduation, concrete slumps, air entrapment, concrete compression, lines and grades survey, bolt torques.
• Prepares periodic special reports summarizing civil engineering-related issues related to maintenance civil activities for review and approval.
• Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the civil maintenance activities
• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil discipline.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in civil maintenance of large projects with a high concentration in site supervision experience.
• Able to coordinate and monitor all disciplines of civil work related to all FM Contracts. This includes both management of the site supervision team as well as the Service Providers, Sub Service Providers, and other appropriate specialties
• Able to control Service Providers, Sub Service Providers in conformance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
