Overall 5 to 6 years of IT experience with last 2 years in EAGLE should be good enough EAGLE is an Asset Management platform. Additionally you will need Oracle PL/SQL skills Create and maintain documentation for supported applications. Co-ordinate with various teams and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze the root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all prod issues. Keep support requester updated on the progress for resolving the support ticket. Resolve the issues in fast and professional manner. Maintain logs of all issues and resolutions for all production processes. Understand the complete process of the application and suggest/implement possible enhancements to avoid future issues. Enhance the process involved and reduce the number of support and change requests. Implement best practices on the on-going process and reduce the process timing to avoid overlap between the processes. Typical Working hours Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM; Occasional Early morning Support for which compensation will be provided extra. Week-end On-call support..
