One of our Elite oil and gas company clients is hiring Workshop Engineer for UAE
Plans,
schedules and supervises the activities of assigned personnel in the workshop
Performs functions at the level established by management. Ensures that QA/QC
function on all critical repairs and overhaul of plant and equipment is well
maintained and adequately performed.
Directs the dally maintenance work requests. in relation to priorities. labour, equipment availability.
Advises the planned completion times for such work
Ensures that adequate spare parts and materials are available for work In accordance wit work requirements Reviews store's stock levels to ensure that stocks are maintained at adeq future work programmes
MaintainS aM Updates procedures for all technlcel and practical aspects Of meenanlcal. welding, painting maintenance and refurbishment
Carries out technical reviews at GAS plant modification work ensuring that such mod implemented in accordance wlth required standards
Recommends selection of contractors for various specific tasks on an economic and capable supervises their eOtivltl.es on site.
Ensures that the operating and capitel expenditure on normal and scheduhW mainten accordance with approved budgets
Keeps abreast of changes in all relevant standards and Improvements In associated technology
design and maintenance practlce$
Supervises the safe and efficient maintenance of plant equipment and personnel In accordance standard and safety procedures
Verifies and endorses all received spare parts and materials. relating to workshop actlvltles.
Proposes items for capital and operating budgets elaborallng justificatiOn and participates activity preparatIon of the budget with regard to workshop related equipment and activities
Writes technical reports with minimum guidance.
Minimum 8 years of experience in the workshop in oil and gas plant, petrochemical, refinery industry.
