Duties and Responsibilities:
Design of various modules for FPSO like Crude separation , E- House, emergency genset room, AHU room etc on SACS
Design of various equipment foundations viz. engine, pumps, tanks, heater etc
Weight control report preparation.
Preparation of material take-off
Inplace analysis of topside.
Pre-service analysis (loadout, tow, lift) for topside and preparation of report.
Pre-service analysis (loadout, tow, lift, launch, floatation and upending, on bottom etc) for different modules
Monitoring monthly WCR and MTO.
Review of vendor documents for interfacing.

Pro-active identification of design improvement

Prompt response and input to any technical clarifications / data required from other engineering disciplines and other departments /vendors/client
Prioritizing and optimizing work as requested by member of other disciplines
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Coordinating for drawing specifications & calculation with the clients to ensure drawings/calculation are as per the specifications

Review comments from certifying authorities ( such as ABS, DNV , SOLAS, MODU etc)
Interfacing with vendor, various departments and client
Review and comment plans for FAT and participate in such tests
Ensure project safety and quality
Interface with operation and construction team to ensure the acceptance of design.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
