Job Description
We have  paid internship positions available in various Hospitality departments like Front office, Food and Beverage and Food production in Australia. These positions are available for Indian nationals if you meet the below eligibility criteria. Please note that these internships are only for the period of 1 year and do not guarantee permanent residency in Australia.
Also please note that there is a program fees which we charge to place you in an internship but most of it you get back when you do your tax at the end of your internship.

In order to be eligible for the Hospitality Internship Program candidates must meet the following requirements
Age: between 18 30
Students: Enrolled in a full time Hospitality or Culinary management tertiary course (minimum Diploma level), or
Graduates: A recent graduate (of a full time Hospitality or Culinary management tertiary course) within 18 months of graduation
Minimum Work/Study Requirement: Minimum 12 months full time work and/or study related to the nominated internship department obtained in the past 24 months
English: Upper intermediate advanced English language skills
Work Experience: Minimum 6 months full time (or 12 months part time) in the selected internship department
Internship Field: Studies and experience must be related to the nominated internship department
Preference: Currently working in the selected internship department
Flexible: Willing to work in any Australian city, including rural and remote locations

The Role
Initially managing the civil engineering design for the project and co-ordinating with M&E designer and with the Contractor. Co-ordinating the requirement of statutory and planning consents with the relevant authorities. Liaison between the collocated staff and the consultant’s head office in Dublin. Submitting design documentation for client review and managing the approvals.

It is envisaged that the role will evolve into a business development role furthering business, principally in the Water / Waste Water Sector, in the region and elsewhere in the UK and that the successful candidate would take on the role of managing and developing all UK business for the firm.
Requirements
- Chartered Engineer (ICE or equivalent)
- 12 Years+ post qualification experience in design and construction supervision in the water / wastewater sector
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in engineering design office
- Responsible for managing design and for liaison with client / 3rd parties / statutory bodies on projects of capital value in excess of £10 million
- Experience of co-ordinating M&E design (surge vessels, large pumps, SCADA) with civil design
- Experience in working on projects as contractor’s designer and in managing technical acceptance of submissions
- Working knowledge of NEC form of Contract
- Experience of large diameter (>800mm) pipeline design
- Experience of design of temporary works for pipeline contracts
- Excellent communication and networking skills

Requirements
- Experience in a credit risk focused role(s) (for example: Business Analysis, Process Engineering, Quantitative Modelling and Validation, Project Management, MI and Reporting etc.) either as part of a financial service institution, regulatory body or in an advisory or business consulting capacity.
- Experience of credit risk in a banking book environment focused on corporate, SME and retail lending.
- Knowledge of credit risk measurement and management – additional knowledge of counterparty credit risk and capital management would be an advantage.
