Requirements 
The successful candidate should be common law, UK / US / Australian etc. admitted solicitor with 6 months to 2 years PQE high quality construction disputes and arbitration experience gained at leading legal directories rated law firm. Requirements 
Ideally you will have at least 4-6 years' experience in a similar position, be Degree educated and have sound knowledge of HR processes and systems. Our client, due to continued market success and the opening of more commercial operations, they are looking to hire for an Assistant Legal Advisor who can confidently navigate their way around commercial and leasing contracts as well as franchise and lease agreements.   In this key role they are seeking someone who not only has good corporate law experience, however it is more important you have a solid/proven track record in drafting/translating commercial contracts and agreements in both English and Arabic with little or no supervision. Experience in agreements such as joint ventures, commercial and leasing, sales/mergers, articles of association, shareholder agreements, employment contracts, finance and loan agreements, licensing and franchising and all agreements for goods and services. 
Requirements 
The successful candidate should have a bachelor's Degree in Law with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the same role with solid experience drafting commercial agreements/contracts. This is a corporate environment therefore the successful candidate should be a highly polished and very professional individual and be able to work well under pressure within tight timelines as well as have excellent verbal and written English. Arabic would be an advantage.

Requirements 
The successful candidate should be an admitted solicitor with a number of years PQE demonstrable experience gained at well regarded law firm or in-house at an international company in Bahrain or elsewhere in the GCC. Arabic language skills are not required. Our client is keen to speak to a lawyer with a good background understanding of the Bahrain or GCC laws and court system, combined with experience and an interest in Arbitration work.
