This
opportunity is entirely freelance basis and does not require a full time
engagement with the organization. We're looking for highly experienced IT
professionals to get empanelled with us as technical interviewers / Panel
members. This is a remote opportunity, can be pursued along with your current
profession.
The Role you will play:
Technical Interviewer/Freelancer-Technical Interview panel
Conducting technical interviews based on matching skill sets.
Assessing candidates thoroughly on different skill sets and other parameters.
Create your own interview format based on the candidate resume and JD provided.
Note: Interviews will be done on an online platform hence global experts are also invited. You can take interviews from any part of the world. The only criteria is you must have a very good internet connection and a laptop with camera.
Background Profile:
Minimum of 10 years of hands on working experience on technical skill i.e VSAM / TPFDF / TPF / Tool Administration / TPFGI, VM/CMS / System Administration / Storage Management / SPM / PL/I / Mainframe sort merge / IMS DB / IMS / IBM ESA 390 / DBSDB2 Administration / CICS Administration / Assembler.
Experience in taking interviews and evaluating and assessing candidates on multiple parameters.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
