Description
The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to prospect for new clients by specification selling, networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to specify the Companies products. They must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. They are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients. Business Development Managers work with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff. He/she may manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company. Strategic planning is a key part of this job description, since it is the business managers responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the companys competitors. While the exact responsibilities will vary from company to company, the main duties of the Business Development Manager can be summarized as follows:
Education
Business development management positions require a bachelors degree and 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience. An MBA is often requested as well.

The products to develop the market are DWCP and PEHD ML RC pipes.
The target is sale and build the market for variety of applications for those products.

Design complex graphics and animation, using independent judgement, creativity, and computer equipment.
Participate in design and production of multimedia campaigns, handling budgeting and scheduling, and assisting with such responsibilities as production coordination, background design, and progress tracking.
Recording dialogue and working with editors to composite the various layers of animation (backgrounds, special effects, characters and graphics) in order to produce the finished piece.
Make objects or characters appear lifelike by manipulating light, color, texture, shadow, and transparency, or manipulating static images to give the illusion of motion.
Create two-dimensional and three-dimensional images depicting objects in motion or illustrating a process, using computer animation or 3-D & 2-D modelling programs.
Using technical software packages, such as Flash, 3DS Max, Photoshop, Maya and other related software.
Develop briefings, brochures, multimedia presentations, web pages, promotional products, technical illustrations, and computer artwork for use in products, technical manuals, literature, newsletters, and slide shows.
