1. A
technology trainer responsible for understanding and delivering Cisco Network
Technology trainings.
2. Thoroughly prepare for the content of the training curriculum
3. Prepare and test labs as per the lab guides of the course. Develop over all technical & communications competency for successful delivery of trainings
4. Effectively deliver mentoring and training online and maintain required metrics.
5. Engage with Sales team to participate in conference/TP calls with customer for pre-program evaluations or expectation setting.
6. Assist the team in facilitating the lab setup, classroom, customizing training content, etc.
7. Deliver quality online classroom trainings on various technologies including but not limited to Cisco Data Center, Routing and Switching, Security and Wireless.
8. Plan for emerging technologies and prepare for new classes on on-going basis in coordination with 1pv6 direction.
9. Desire to excel in training and consulting.
Continued interest in keeping current with latest industry trends.
10. Ability to teach standard classes as well as accelerated, certificate preparation boot camp classes.
