should be a B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering with government recognised
course in Industrial Safety, He should have at least 20 Years of
Experience in Industrial Project Construction Sites.
He should have handled at least 02 to 03 Projects in Middle East in which he should have handled one Project as an HSE Lead, Exposure to OHSAS 18001 would be an added advantage, Personnel from EPC Background will be preferred. He will be a key figure who shall manage all HSE activities (such as site preparation documents, attend to the meetings, manage the training and inspections, supervise the execution during the construction and commissioning phase).
The position is for our new KT project in Petro Rabigh Company refinery, in Rabigh KSA, scope of the project is erection of two new SRU and CFU unit plant in the refinery
Location : Rabigh in KSA
Duration : for about two years

JOB SUMMARY:
1 To lead the planning and execution of Management, Operational, Financial, IT and Compliance audits at various group companies
2 To conduct risk assessment reviews- strategic, business, process and activity levels and report risk ratings with recommendations on mitigation plans
3 To increase efficiency and/or effectiveness of the internal control systems to promote overall financial, operational, system process controls
4 To promote governance, ethical code of conduct, best practices and integrity in financial/ non-financial reporting

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Chartered
Accountant with at least 3 years of experience in Auditing in a large
organization or professional services firm
Additional certifications such as CIA/ CISA/ CFE would be preferable

Good interpersonal skills.
ROLE:
A. Middle level leadership and audit performance management
1. Participate in the development and implementation of an internal risk based audit strategy and annual plan.
2. Plan and conduct audits to assess controls, operational and financial efficiencies and compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
3. Risk Assessment of existing risks, comment on responses to emerging risks and propose new mitigating strategies.
4. Promote best practice in governance, financial and operational controls and objectively assess the adequacy of governance systems and controls
B. Internal Audit and Continuous Improvement:
1. Design, implement, test and modify controls in systems, to provide assurance of operational and technical efficiencies.
2. Identify instances of over and under control and provide clear articulation of residual risks where existing controls are inadequate.
3. Design and develop Audit programs and execute audits of Group Companies, develop fraud detection and controls mechanisms.
4. Review Oracle ERP and other systems in the Group and continuously assess software, hardware and network controls and suggest improvements for security of application and hardware environment.
5. Conduct review and analysis of operations to propose and introduce systems and procedures designed to improve efficiency and profitability.
6. Keep abreast of legislative issues, new audit methodologies/trends
C. REPORTING:
1. Prepare and present accurate internal audit reports for consideration of the company management and actively get involved in implementation of the recommendations.
