E&I SUPERVISOR

ob Purpose
Monitor the Electrical & Instrumentation scope to ensure EPC2 Contractor and Module Fabrication Subcontractor perform the work to agreed scop of work, specifications, schedules and to an acceptable standard.
Supervise the EPC2 Contractor and Module Fabrication Subcontractor personnel to ensure they perform all work to agreed standards for Safety, Health and Environment and attain high levels of HSE performance.
Ensure assigned scope of work is carried out without any HSE incidents and that worker safety in never compromised
Ensure the work is carried out in time and in accordance with scope of work, specification and quality requirement


Skill set
Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent qualifications, preferred.
Minimum of ten ( 1 0) years' experience with minimum five (5) years' experience in the international Oil and Gas industry with comprehensive hands-on experience in Fabrication/Construction.
Good HSE awareness and commitment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good technical, team and interpersonal skills
Ability to make independent decisions in the planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems
Experience with contractors and worldwide suppliers, in particular those involved in the construction of major Oil and Gas facilities.


CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
Principal Accountabilities:
Responsible for construction E&l activities through the contractors supervision in respect of HSE, method, working practices, quality and timely execution of the works.
To be fully familiar with the assigned scope of work and interlaces with existing facilities, other projects and disciplines.
To be fully familiar with the company and Contractor HSE requirements and procedures.
Ensure that construction hazards and risks are fully considered by designers and contractors and that appropriate mitigation actions are implemented and appropriate action taken.
To be fully familiar with the Contractors methods of construction, schedule and procedure.
Initiate and manage the project continuous improvement processes.
Ensure contractor produces appropriate execution documents in a timely manner and monitor approval/ compliance.
Monitors progress and performance of the construction contractor to ensure that he performs to the approved schedule, specification and standards.
Interface with other IPMT groups as required to ensure a good relationship for timely and affective release of Contractors data/drawings and resolution of problems.
Review look ahead schedules & ensure future work I discipline I interface issues are communicated and resolved.
Monitor site activities for potential contractual/claims problems. Maintain records of site activities and check Contractor records for accuracy.
Carry out inspection, surveillance witnessing of contractor activities, ensuring records are maintained, including as-built data.
Prepare and I or endorse daily progress report and time sheets. Detailing the work progress, number of contractor personnel and equipment available on site and other related items identified in the scope of work.


Resident Engineer Landscape
Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Act as Engineer's Representative in applied category (e.g., Civil, GIS, Safety, Planning, Materials, Coordinator, Electro-Mechanical, Landscape, Irrigation, Agriculture or other engineering disciplines).
2) Well aware of requirements specified in the Contract Documents and following applicable duties pertained to applied category (but not limited to );
a) Coordinate with the department and contractor.
b) Liaise with other Authorities when and as required.
c) Advise on contractual and construction matters.
d) Liaise with Department and approve Contractor’s submissions.
e) Coordinate and forward planning.
f) Generally supervise, review, monitor and report on progress.
g) Liaise with all parties for site safety.
h) Ensure monitoring on the quality of materials and workmanships.


Experience and Qualifications:
Engineering Degree (MSc) plus 9 years experience or

Engineering Degree (BSc) plus 12 years experience.

At least 4 years of direct and related experience at applied category

At least 5 years experience in managing processes, engineering contracts contractual matters, value engineering, systems, procedure, and policies.

Relevant IT skills/computer literate.

Excellent command of English ( communication and writing skills).

Valid UAE Driving License.


Senior Design Landscape Architect

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ability to manage, mentor and motivate a project landscape design team

 Ability to efficiently and effectively realize landscape project requirements and deliver in accordance with statutory requirements and guidelines
· Ability to manage and project plan multiple tasks within a dynamic work environment

· Ability to show strong interpersonal and man-management skills within the work environment, with the client and other organizations
· Ability to manage and oversee all facets of landscape design from Concept through to Detail Design documentation
· Ability to demonstrate strong oral, written and graphic communication skills
· Ability to confidently and positively represent Parsons in client meetings and in accordance with company values.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:

· BA/MA in Landscape Architecture/Design or related degree from an internationally recognised university full-time landscape course will be considered based on proven/evidence of experience and design strength.
· Minimum Twelve to Fifteen (8-10) years of applicable experience in a professional setting with min. Three (3) years in similar position. Past experience in Gulf region is preferred.
· Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and MS Office is required. Ability to oversee CAD and Photoshop graphic drawing production in accordance with office standards

· Experience in public sector landscape projects is preferable.


Principal Civil Engineer

UTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leads a team of Civil Engineers and provides technical advice and support to deliver project deliverable documentation and drawings, on time and on schedule.
The candidate has extensive experience in the area of Water and Wastewater design, including storm water drainage.

Determines methods and solutions for complex civil engineering problems and selects the most efficient and economical manner in meeting the objectives. Applies advanced engineering techniques and analyses within a discipline. This level of Engineer is a fully qualified professional, proficient in the utilization of current engineering theories and practices. May serve as a technical consultant in area of specialty for management or the client. Many assignments involve CAE (computer aided engineering)/CAD (computer aided design) applications like Sewer CAD, Storm CAD, Water CAD, Hammer, Inroads, Pipe2000 etc. Willingness to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations is expected.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred Education/Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) and 15 + years of related work experience in the areas of Water/Waste Water including Storm Water drainage.

Professional Engineer registration may be required.

Skills/Competencies:

Performs in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required. Must also possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and be able to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on project.
